Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

I ordered 20 wings BONE IN and some sides. Sides are fine. The person up front Naomi,, didn’t get the order or name right. We got 20 BONELESS wings which is not at all what i asked for and the name she gave for the order was Amber? We said Andrew. It took a really long time for our food to come out and it’s not even correct. Definitely not coming to this location again.

Made online order at 540 so when I got off work at 7 I could pick up on my way home order was for 730. Got there at 721 got told I had to wait 20 minutes. OK fine they were busy waited . Food that was being order after I arrived to dine in was made before my order! Crazy after 40 minutes my order was given to me. Of course I checked it and it was all wrong wrong flavors wrong wings ( I order half boneless have bone in but was given all bone in with all incorrect flavors) and I was given chicken tenders instead of wings! I mean i order 2 hours prior and people who walked in were served before me. I didn't even say anything because I had just got off work and was supose to be a quick pick up. Ended up waiting 40 minutes for the wrong order. I just wanted to go home instead of waiting another 30! Never again.

Food is always way over seasoned with salt you can't even eat it. cold fries never fresh. bad customer service, workers are rude, always on their phone or too busy messing around. Every time I order online my order is always messed up and they never like to fix it they always say there's no supervisor or manager available. I've been to several different Wingstop and it's all the same. what are they thinking when they hire these kids. Shame on you Wingstop

They didn’t even try. At 2pm fries clearly sat there since lunch rush. Rather than fry more they passed the old hard ones to me. I couldn’t even eat them. I ordered bone in wings but got boneless (chicken nuggets coated in flour). I have no clue of what the sauces were on my “wings”. I do know they were nasty (to me). Great job with the large blue cheese dressing which is what I really paid $22 for.

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!

They move sooooo freaking slow!!!! Every time I order online, I still have to wait a long time. What’s the point of ordering it online and still have to wait after the time frame they say it should be ready. Customers service is always nonchalant like who cares. They annoy me every-time with the slowness and sometimes they overcook the chicken.

Ordered through DoorDash 10 wing combo. Order came in on time but unfortunately was completely drowning in butter. No sauce/ and other seasonings. Drove to the store location where the manger stated “all our sauces are butter based” he eventually agreed to remake the order. Second order came in and were all tiny drumsticks, again completely drowned in butter. The to-go bag completely soaked through and eventually ripped. The side dish of “sauce” he gave me tasted like my taste buds were soaking in a vat of oil and was inedible. Will not be returning to this location.

I ordered 6 wings and got 5. I paid $13 for 5 wings. The old man is rude as hell. He told me an hour and a half wait when I got my food was cold. Never again!
