The wingstop on 120 Blondo owes me a credit for $30. Owners could care less. Customer service is the worst. Wouldn't go to this restaurant or any wingstop again.

Worst Wing stop location ever! The manager that worked the hour of 9pm on 2/23/24 is a horrible example of professionalism! She has her staff acting the same way. Especially Tj. I spent alot of money for my family this night and was treated horribly. I need to speak to higher management

called to try to place an order they said it would be a 30-45 min wait, when i attempted to tell them it was fine and to place my order they acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up the call, i attempted to call back 3 times and they picked up and hung up immediately after.

We ordered wings here on Super Bowl Sunday at 1 oclock. We knew it was going to be busy and we knew we'd probably have to wait. They never said it wouldn't be ready till 4/5 pm. We also got a notification that our wings were ready for pickup around 3:15. We got there, paid. You could hear and see them trying to look for our order, they couldn't find it (they lost our ticket). Instead of saying "hey sorry we lost your ticket" and just being honest the manager with the black gauges said our order isn't going to be ready until 4:40/5 o'clock. We asked why it would take that long and he was looking at the receipt that had just been printed out once we paid (at 3:20) "well you placed your order at 330" we responded with " it isn't even 330 yet" cause it wasn't, we placed our order at 1 and got a notification saying our food was ready. He said to come back at 4:40/5 so we left and had another family member come back and pick it up and it still wasn't ready, hadn't even started the order and they ended up laughing in her face about it and we just got a refund and never got our wings. I wouldn't go here on a day where it might be busy, they can't handle the volume and the manager is extremely rude under pressure.

The guy manager had his gut and butt hanging out. Not very appetizing before you are going to be eating, to be seeing that. Surprised you as a company think someone with that appearance is a good role model. That doesn’t even include the giant holes in his ears with some plastic that looks like it’s going to pop out into my food. Just going to have to stop coming here because this dude has to be like the 10th manager or more you have had since being open. What a mess of a store you got yourself.

I'm just not a fan. Haters gonna hate. ?‍♂️ The food is average. Wait times are exceptional. Staff is erratic. Value is sub par. My kids like the ranch sauce. That's pretty much the only reason we go there sometimes. It's always maddening to me when we do.

I went in at 3:10 today (friday), and it took 30 minutes to finally get my food. I ordered lemon pepper wings and fries. It was not busy at all, it was me and two other people in there. The employees were extremely rude, and they threw my bag of food on the counter when I finally got my order. I opened the box of chicken and some of the wings were raw. The two girls that were working that shift were extremely rude, and they did not wear gloves when touching the chicken. Horrible service, and the food was raw.
