Will definitely be back! Outstanding atmosphere and brews! Keep up the great job!
Two stars because last time I came here, I had such a great time and I did not leave a review. I showed up and two other people showed up at 3:45 PM and it was closed on the second Saturday of the month. The other two said that they got emails from WNC and that there was no notification that they were going to be closed today. I noted the last time I was here that it said 4 PM on the website, but it also says 5 PM on a different section of the website. I asked the cellar master and he said no it’s 5 PM. Maybe that’s the spring hours and the summer hours are until 4 PM. Whatever, it’s actually a cool day at only 105° at 4 PM so I don’t get it. It would be good to get that time nailed down properly so people understand when you are open. At 3:45 PM, it’s still before 4 PM and the place was a ghost town as if it never happened today. No one in the office, no one walking around in the courtyard, and no vehicles parked out front. Whichever, I have a pet peeve about businesses that are closed when they are suppose to be open! It is one of the first rules you learn about when you take marketing in college. Always be open when your hours say you are open or your business will fail because if people show up and you’re closed, they will not come back. I drove all the way here and nothing. Very disappointing. I will not be coming back probably and anyone that I’ve given recommendations to to come here I will be rescinding.
Without a telephone number to call and verify that you’re actually here it’s not worth it.
Another fun coop event. Great beers. Matt, Steve, took great care of us.
Best place for sour beer events.
