This is my favorite restaurant for sushi. They have the most vegan sushi options I have seen in the east valley. The crunchy onion roll was perfectly savory, the tofu roll had a touch of sweet to it, and the crunchy shrimp roll was not too spicy at all. The staff is courteous and helpful and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I have also ordered takeout from here before and it met my expectations. You don’t want to miss out on Yanagi Sushi, you will not be disappointed.

My family loves this place! My daughter is super picky and loves their Gyoza. Frankly we all love the Gyoza and each get and order every time. I love the Gila Mountain and whatever the spicy dipping sauce is that comes with it. This is our favorite sushi place.
