I’m not sure why this particular location, had all the chairs on top of the tables at 7:30 this evening, but they lost some business. I was going to fine there, and there were 2?other groups that were also going there , and were really upset that the tables were already on top of the tables. When the App says you close at 9. You should be open for business at 7:30. Won’t be returning.

Unfortunately yogis has been ruined for me. Poor customer service from the girls up front. Chicken was PINK and when sent back I was advised it “comes that way” as they ask if I want it well done instead. Wow glad I looked so I didn’t get SICK. Ended up getting a refund that included rude remarks from the two girls at the front. Awful to say the least.

I've been enjoying Yogis food for years- quick, tasty and wide variety of options. This particular location is clean, completed orders fast and have improved their customer service. Consistent and satisfied customer.

Ordered beef, they gave me chicken, which they undercooked and I got food poisoning from. Yogi’s is usually pretty good but I’d avoid this

I called in an order for pick up. The lady was rude on the phone and carried herself ghetto. When we got there the lady said they're was no order, even though we already paid ahead of time for it, and got the name wrong. Once they found the order. The food was old not fresh. The oil used to fry to the sushi taste very old. I would not recommend going to this location.
I went to eat lunch today with my mother and sister and our kids as we was in line to order my sister walked up to order her food n they told us that we're not welcome there n not aloud to be there because we leave to big of messes we have 4 toddlers and we throw our trash out everytime and we told her that and she said I no but u leave a mess so I guess they do not like children n can't clean up if a baby drops a little of food on the floor to take a broom n sweep it up they are extremely rude and turned us away because we have kids that apparently make to big of messes when we throw our trash out every time

Huge shout out to the hostess taking orders. Young girl with braces. My family ordered a complicated meal. We had a little bit of a mixup, but they took care of it quicker than quick! My first time in, and I plan on coming in again shortly! Thank you again. I hope you find this review.

I eat at several locations and this one for some reason the staff is not friendly at all and don't seem to even know what a customer is. Poor poor customer service.

Honestly this would be negative if possible. Ordered online for pick up so I wouldn't have to wait. 3 employees standing behind the counter and no one acknowledged me at all. When I finally get someone's attention, all I got was attitude from the girl at the front desk for interrupting her chit chat time. I let her know I was there to pick up and she said oh and turned around back to her conversation. Someone else finally came over and began grilling me about my order to "verify". Bologna. I will never return here.

Have had great meals here in the past, but today I got beef and chicken teriyaki. The beef was fatty and chewy, and the chicken was dry, grainy and spongy. So bad I lost my appetite and couldn’t finish it. Not sure what happened today, but it was disappointing. ?
