Good was fabulous, Michaels service was friendly and prompt A+, atmosphere was comfortable.PASTA IS CLEARLY MADE FRESH IN HOUSE! It was fantastic! Bread was also fresh and I highly reccomend the garlic bread appetizer with meal.

Really disappointed. We have been at Zappones at least 5 different occasions and always been happy with the service and our meals. Tonight the service was rushed by our server Tony. We were over charged by $22.00. When it was brought to our server Tony attention he said "sorry I hit the wrong button" and walked away. We will not be returning.
Went and dined at this restaurant, the food was bland and it was pricy. We paid 70 dollars for our two meals but I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for flavored foods. To be fair the service and atmosphere were fine but other than that, I will not be coming back.

My family and I randomly went there out of the blue after a musical in Gilbert, we made a reservation same day for eight people.None of us had been there before, so it was worth a shot. There’s so much to say but long story short the food was amazing. The wine was amazing our server Carol was amazing! She even makes, the cheesecake homemade! That was also amazing.I am so bummed that I hadn’t found this place before and it’s really not that far from my house.We will definitely be back. I’m still eating leftovers a few days later and the Alfredo sauce is to die for. !!

We had an excellent experience. First time eating here, we brought a party of eight Saturday at 6:30 PM. The place was busy and I'm surprised we were able to get in and not have to wait. The owner ended up serving us in Lou of an absent server and she was kind and gracious. The food was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

We felt ignored by the staff, and was never told by our server Tony what the specials were. We were never asked if we needed more beverages, or if everything was ok. After seeing multiple meatballs being served we said to the host, you're having a run on meatballs and he told us it was the special, but that was half way into our pizza. When we were finished Tony put some machine on the table to run the card and left. We couldn't get it to work properly, and had to wait for him to come back and help us. The whole experience was not good and we won't be coming back.

Felt like a food business transaction. Hi what do you want, no get this ok ready to order meals ok here you go bye. I was craving pasta carbonara and found that their menu described a real carbonara but it was so bland I actually wasn’t sure there was any pancetta in it. I asked the server and he said oh yes he just cuts it thin. It looked like thin slices of ham. Typically pancetta would give it a salty taste and this just didn’t have any flavor so I was very disappointed since I scouted out which Italian restaurants had carbonara. The service felt very transactional and for the price of the very small portions it felt more like being at a order and sit down type place than a bistro. I was very disappointed. But my friend got the chicken parmagiana and he thought the chicken was quite tasty.
