Multiple failures…1. No silverware and when we asked server (Ireland) said they only give silverware for salads. Not going to eat fish and chips with my fingers. 2. Burger overcooked. Server seemed indifferent that I wanted it replaced. For the rest of the night they ignored me. Waited until I was done and dropped a check. The success of a restaurant is how you handle the mix ups. Between the manager and the server tonight was a disappointment.

Worst experience ever. Ashley, our server, was never around. She stood at another table talking for 15 minutes. We had asked her for several things and never got them. The ketchup bottles were empty on every table. We had to get up and check. The restaurant was dirty. We will never eat here again. Avoid at all costs.

I love zipps across the valley and have been coming here for years. However my last experience was awful here. The food we ordered was way overcooked and their manager Alan didn’t care to accommodate my family. After I said something about the food, our service was ignored and we had no help to continue having drinks. Then after we left, I got charged for my meal/drinks twice and had to dispute it with the bank. I love zipps but they failed us big time our previous visit!!

We ordered 4 meals and 3 came out and the third meal came out almost 10 minutes later. The one who delivered the first meals said she would go back and get mine. 5 minutes later nothing…our waitress said it’s almost ready, it will be here shortly. Then a little while later it came out. I was irritated that no manager came by to check in and explain. I asked to see the manager…he was like… it was 5 minutes. It was NOT both of my kids were done with their burgers. He repeated that it was not a problem. I was so angry with his tone and condescending attitude. Later I asked to speak with him. I asked for his name, it’s John, he spoke so rudely and when asked gave me his card and did not tell me his managers name . When I asked why he was being so smug , he had the audacity to tell me his attitude was my fault. He said I am nice to customers who are nice. Really? Interesting customer service skills. If there is a problem, don’t complain…or you will be left to feel like you are the problem. We have frequented this place and enjoyed it…but will NEVER be back.

The fish and chips drenched fried in old oil fries were cold but burnt the onion rings must have been cooked days before soggy cold and oily

First time at any Zipps and i found the food excellent.

Did the build your own burger with 1/2 fries and onion rings. The onion rings were really good and the fries reminded me of In-and-out burger.

Bartenders were really friendly and the prices were lower than Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers.

On a Friday afternoon around 2:30 a very poor service. We love Zipps. The service today sucked. The nachos were chilly at best. Cheese not melted. I get it’s bar food but that’s the point. Same for the pretzel bites. When I asked for a small bowl of extra cheese (not for free) the waitress looked at me like lady, no way. I went up and spoke with the “manager” and he was no more helpful. I don’t recommend zipps anymore. And haven’t for quite some time.

I just want to give out a special thank you to the manager, Alex, who helped me out with a large party. He works at the Gilbert and Warner location. The food was great as usual. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and, at times, exciting because we were watching the football game. The servers were fantastic and really never waited in anything. Great job. Go Zipperita!!!

A friend and I went in to eat for the first time ever in ZIPPS to watch the chargers game cause my friend is a fan and suggested we try a new spot. After ordering an app and a couple drinks we let the server know we want to cash out and move to the bar because we were planning on stepping out for half time. After already giving our server our payment, she brung it back and the transaction was completed and so we wanted to finish our food before halftime, while munching on nachos the manager Sam Rosner came up to my friend and I and said that we've been in before and ordered the same exact items and ditched on the tab, he proceeded to tell us to pay for their meal. We were baffled, our complete first time in a building and were being accused of being previous thief's, I request him to review his video, he came back and said it was for sure me and the same items, nachos, margarita and Dr Pepper? Is it that crazy to be accused by? And we have already showed we paid so why do you believe the previous thief's were us? And he was so sure of it, I told him if he believes it was us that he could call the police and have us trespassed because he said over 3 times to pay for the meal, I'm not paying for a meal I didn't pay for in a building I never been in!! This is borderline robbery! He never told us to leave, he told us to finish our food, if we stole before why not kick us out? Cause we didn't! I'm sorry for a general manager this is absolutely nuts

Poor experience. Server was nice. Food was bad and cold. We told the server. Server shared that the manager would compensate part of the order, but he didn’t. Server didn’t disclose that each ranch was 60 cents. Manager didn’t apologize for the cold food. Handed the server our two baskets of full food and she didn’t even acknowledge. I strongly recommend going to another restaurant.
