Machines were broken and options sucked.
Cool place with options to add on top. I like that you can add as much or as little as you like.
Changed policy on pajama night midsummer season not happy won’t be coming here anymore.
We live in the area and frequent this place pretty often since it's in walking distance.
Recently they added a tipping option to their register, and it honestly weirded me out.
Why is there a tipping option when it's a self serve establishment? Shouldn't I get the tip, since all the employee did was sit at the register and charge me to make my own order?
Not trying to be rude by any means, just seems silly to add this function when the customers are the ones doing the manual labor.

I was disappointed coming in today to see no boba poppers. It’s not the same experience without those things. They are what got me interested in the froyo bars!!!

It was OK... clean, very plain inside, nothing wow! Kinda strange because the island is where the toppings are. Plus, it is pretty pricey... in a very strange location as well. We could not see if the building was even open. The open sign was non-existent. No window decor to tell you if the place is even in business still... dark windows, no lit open sign. It was strange so we just tried to open the door and they were open.But I love frozen yogurt so I thought I'd at least try it and bring the kids! :)
