We have been riding from the valley around Roosevelt Lake and back for years. Heard about this place this week and decided to check it out. Burgers were great and beer was ICE cold. Enjoyed visiting with staff and locals. Definitely worth the stop!!!!
My mom chose to go here for her birthday yesterday. She loves this place and it was my first time there. I got the chicken fried steak so my mom could have piece and order her fav the shrimp basket too. The chicken fried steak was great. I currently live in Texas so I think I know a little about chicken fried steak and if you want one this is the place. Everything else was great too.... Owner chef really cares about her food and you can taste it. She was doing it all herself too...
Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time tonight (Sunday night). The food was excellent. My burger was so huge I couldn’t eat all of it and was cooked perfectly and the fries were well seasoned and crispy and the prices were great. The lady behind the bar provided great service and charged my boyfriend for one beer instead of two. We liked looking at all the old decor and liked seeing all the armed forces flags (I am a USMC vet) and the owner’s mother was friendly...
