Nice for a quick lunch. Though seating seemed limited we were seated right away. The staff was pretty busy but took good care of us. Our food came very fast and was very good. The food was very good. You would have to travel far to find asian food this good in this part of the state.

Service was as fast as they could go with only one person (or so it seemed) serving all the tables. Good food, decent amount of options for vegans/vegetarians, reasonably priced eith large portion sizes and located on a nice street. Ambience is nice but was super crowded and loud. Seemed like street parking is the only option.Vegetarian options: Ask for vegetarian/vegan options. Some dishes can be made vegan/vegetarians even when not marked as such on the menu

The service here is what earned them a 1-star review. We sat for 20 minutes before someone gave us menus, then another 20 to order. The cook kept yelling “table 6????” Nothing for 35 minutes. The cook actually helped us out- but had to tell the servers multiple times “We need service to the table, PLEASE” for the servers to actually take our order. It still took them a million years to actually get to us, and then the person who took our order had a flat attitude about it- their cold demeanor made me incredibly uncomfortable, I don’t need an apology but also pro tip: don’t treat me like it’s an inconvenience that I want to order food from you, which is your job, (but maybe not here with the attitude and poor service). Sad that the cook had to keep yelling for the servers to actually help people when it came to both in-house and to-go orders. It’s not packed either which makes me really confused as to why no one is able to preform the basic tasks related to the serving responsibilities at this restaurant. When we finally got our food the server sat it down at the edge of our table and dipped each time- we couldn’t ask for any soy sauce and we couldn’t even order drinks or anything. We got stuck with water because she would legit slam the food down and leave. The grossest part is the server brushed my partner’s chopsticks off his plate with her arm and did nothing. No apology or offer to get new ones… we had to share chopsticks because that’s gross. Legit the most bare minimum service I have suffered through in awhile lol here, I could go to a fast food restaurant 5 minutes before close and get better treatment. Also the sushi (we ordered the Sunshine roll) is bland and I suspect is pre-made. Go somewhere, anywhere else. I am really sad to say this, because half the staff has it together but the service made this a permanent no. Unfortunately seems like looking at other reviews- it’s a problem they should really address because the food is pretty decent outside of the roll being meh the rest of our food was really good.

This place kinda just all around sucked. Sushi was served on a warm plate, sushi was warm. Food was just very underwhelming for what you are paying for. Waitress was super rude and seemed unpleased to be there. 2 stars is me being generous, THE END.

It's rare that I am super impressed with a restaurant (mostly because I've traveled ALOT). Bloom definitely impressed my family. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive and the food was soo good. I loved the vibe and cleanliness of the restaurant. We travel through Globe alot and can't wait to stop by again.

So my husband and I used to go to this place called Asian kitchen in Mesa or Gilbert and we loved it. It was one of two restaurants we really loved a long time ago and then it disappeared and then we saw the owner that used to cook there on Arizona highways magazine, TV show and it was the same guy and he had opened a restaurant up in Globe. Tried it, loved it. We drive all the way from Gilbert to Globe just to eat there every chance we get. Haven't found anything in the east valley that even compares. Well worth it.

Went to bloom once and my experience was terrible. The customer service was unhelpful the rice was undercooked and hard and the entire experience took a long time mind you it was empty not busy all so for the piece it not worth you time

A hidden gem! I have been told by friends that it's amongst the best sushi that they have ever had (I'm not a sushi person. ). I had their Kun Fu Beef (the daily special), and it was fantastic!!

We've been by this restaraunt many time and finaly decided to try it. We went in for asian food, upon entering it was discovered it served sushi also. I had the hot and sour soup and a Spinach Wok'd Salad on the appetizer menu. My partner had a Drunken Shrimp and Chicken with homade sate sauce. It was all superb!We will be back to try other offerings as well as some sushi.
