The hamburgers are always great. Also, the fried catfish basket is super delicious. I'm a south Georgia girl who is accustomed to catching, cleaning and frying them myself. The Copper Bistro has the best fried catfish, next to mine. I hope this is shared with the entire staff. Kudos to the cook!!!!!!
