Two times, I came here with my grandmother. We ordered some small ice cream cups and 2 chicken tenders baskets for the both of us. The employees taking our orders acted like they were scurrying on hot charcoal with how fast they had scrambled between different customers' requests and needs. In Tucson, our DQs don't have any hot served fast food. So, we were excited to try it. Our expectations were left incredulous with the taste of the ice cream and the food was worth the 10 minutes we waited. Though crowded and busy inside, it was peaceful. Given how slow the customer service was, I got a vibe where the manager of this place is scrapping the barrel for employees as the employees sometimes seemed pestered or mildly infuriated.

Get in line 5 mins before they close and we sit there in line more than 20 mins for 2 cars 1 of which arrived at the same time as us, only to be told they're not serving anymore. Yes we could have been there earlier but how are you not going to serve us when we've been in line since before you closed!

Smh waited 30 mins after placing my order for them to ask me if they could take my order... Then tried to call about a cake only to get hung up on 3 times in a row. I love dairy Queen but they need to get their shit together

The food received looked absolutely NOTHING like the pictures. The burger I ordered could be a single, double or triple. The meat is SO THIN that a double is actually a single anywhere else. The height of the burger came from cutting the onion too thick. If it had tasted good I could forgive the sad appearance and super thin patties if it had tasted good. The only good thing was the malt.

Very good Sundays and Dilly Bars. Thankfully the ice cream machine was working today.
I have ordered the chicken strip basket at least five different times and never once have I actually received what is supposed to be included in the basket. NOT ONCE! As usual I did not get the Texas toast but this time I made the mistake of ordering a side salad. They should be ashamed to call this HOT bowl of lettuce a side salad! Oh and they didn't bother giving me salad dressing or a fork to eat with either. Maybe stick to their overpriced ice cream and don't try to order actual food. If you do order food don't order ice cream or they will either give you the ice cream so it can melt while you wait the next 20 minutes for your food or they will offer to give you your ice cream when your food is ready and then forget all about it and by then you have cooked in the Drive-Thru and forgotten yourself.

Unfortunately when you visit this DQ you have to extensively go through your order to make sure it's right and that everything you ordered is actually there. God forbid you order food and ice cream through the drive thru. They'll give you your ice cream and make you wait and watch it melt before giving you your food. I give them a chance every 6 months or so in hopes that they can actually get it together and I think I'm finally done after this. The owner is great, but his daughter is the worst. She has such a high and mighty attitude but still can't seem to get things to run correctly.
