We wanted raspberry tea, they were out. I ordered a coke, they were out. My husband ordered a t bone steak, mac and cheese and corn. I ordered salmon and mashed potatoes. Meals came with plates full of home fries which we did not order. Husband did not get corn. Steak overcooked, hard as leather. my salmon was dry and tasteless. Samuel said he will talk to manager about steak, manager said he will "comp" husband for steak. went to pay, no discount of any kind. Manager came and gave us back $8 in cash as a "comp" on a $20 steak that was inedible! 2 strikes, Dennys!! Not good, you can do better. Don't take down your company's name!!

Bad experience tonight. We arrived just after 8:30 pm. There was a school bus in the parking lot from Dishchiibekoh Apache Group, so we knew going in that there would possibly be a wait. We were seated and the waitress indicated it would be awhile.
I ordered the philly omelet; gf ordered the super bird; one child's Burger and fries and one child's macaroni/cheese with a side of bacon.
Other guests continued to be seated and a gentleman came up to our table and apologized for the wait. He stated he was called up from PHX to help and they had a group of 35 without any notice (school bus).
As other guests were giving their drink orders, waitress kept saying "We're out of that." They were out of Dr Pepper, Sprite, Raspberry tea and smoothies.
After over an hour wait, our food arrived. Our kids' plates were "hot." The Mac N cheese had water below the noodles. The toast on the super bird was hard as a rock. The omlet came with what appeared to be burnt tips, not cheesesteak. I was told they were still waiting on my white toast.
By this time, our two kids were sleepy. There was no table service after we received our food, so no drink refills and nobody to complain to. I did not receive my toast either. Hash browns were undercooked. We didn't get our ticket either. We overheard a waitress at another booth tell guests they were now out of eggs as well.
Decided to leave and cashier was obviously upset and grouchy. I had to explain what booth exactly we were in, as she was clueless (even though we watched her pass our table multiple times while we were eating).
We usually have good service and good food at this location; but tonight was an exception.
Veterans Day weekend has always been a busy weekend for businesses in Globe. It appears that for some reason, Denny's dropped the ball on what to expect and prepare for this year. The school bus may have caught them off-guard, but should not have been the cause for the bad service and certainly not for being out of food/drinks.

Overall, food was delicious.
Server Samuel was outstanding!
However, this restaurant continues to lack the management oversight to adequately serve their customers. They were out of wavy fries, strawberries, bananas, chx fried steak, salad, buffalo sauce for wings and iced tea.
One server in the south room, of who did more than serve; Samuel bussed tables, cleaned the floor, tended to customers and tried what he could to satisfy customers despite the lack of food items on the menu. Samuel was called in to help cover.
Are Sunday nights normally this unorganized and understaffed?
This isn't the first time we've had this type of experience at this location.
Our server "Samuel" went above and beyond during our visit...but appeared to be the only one that cared about his customers.
Three other workers were seen: a female server (who must have tended to patrons in the south room), a male busser (who made one appearance in our section), and another female (without company shirt, of which we assumed was the manager)--this female assisted in delivering our food and was later seen coming out of the kitchen area oblivious to what needed attention in the dining areas--she walked around with a blank stare and returned back into the kitchen. We also heard a male cook in the kitchen.
We were hopeful that this restaurant had improved since our last visit, but they had not.
Is it worth going again? Only time will tell...

Horrible customer service. I went in to order take out and there was an older couple in front of me. The hostess sat them at a table. When she returned, she asked me dine in, I said no. She walked away. Literally just walked away! I picked up a menu from the counter to see what I wanted since she didn't want to help me.I decided on chicken fried steak and eggs. I'm still standing at the counter/register when she comes back. At this time a gentleman is behind me. She blows me off and asks him if he's dining in, he replies that he's paying. She says you can come up. I'm look right at her and say hello? Anyway, I called the manager Sherie ( not sure if I spelled it right) from the car in the parking lot all she said was the hostess worked a 10 hour shift and what do you want me to do about it. The hostess said there was someone in front of you. I said review tape. Sherie, the manager, said I don't have time for you or this! I told her I'm going to call corporate and she said go ahead.

Just walked out after waiting for almost an hour, the waitress kept ignoring us after our order was placed, then 3 different tables were served that had came in after us. A group of 5 ppl and then a single person. We had very basic orders (just pancakes & grand slam plate). Shame on you for being such a crappy waitress. It wasn't even that busy! The table was disgusting too. We will never come back here!!!

It's been a long time since I've eaten at Denny's. I wanted a club sandwich for dinner. Food was average. The location was quiet on a Saturday evening, and half the restaurant was cleaned and closed. There were just as many servers as tables with clientele. I was seated at a dirty table, the food came quick enough, and no one attended to me after that. I had to wait at the front to pay. Other places in town are much better for food, service, and/or atmosphere.

My drink was never empty, the food was served promptly, and she continously checked in with my injured but recovering father and I. If Kalysta ran for President, I would vote for her.
