I came through the drive thru and had the most professional and respectful worker I believe her name was Emily but man she was so sweet double checked everything and had a wonderful attitude from beginning to end I really hope to have her every time I come through, you guys should be proud to have an employee like her.

The service is extremely slow. The food is overcooked and taste bland. I would. It go here
I stood at that counter for over 5 minutes waiting for them to take my order, acknowledge I was there in any way shape or form. No all four employees were discussing how a tattoo would look on some guy who should never have a tattoo. Worst people 12:45pm Saturday 5/10/25 so management can give a refresher course on customer service to those employees! OBVIOUSLY, YOU GUYS DONT KNOW JACK!

I ordered through the drive through and didn't get all of my food. I called and asked if I could come in the next day, since I live far and it's late to get my food corrected. The associate on the phone accused me of lying even though I wouldn't call at midnight and say something if my order was correct. I decided not to argue with the associate and chose this route. I hope you learn how to deal with customers that are politely trying to get their food corrected.

Got charged just under $30 for two #11 small meals. This is SUPPOSED to be their Cluck Sandwich but they used their lower quality bread and left out the cheese and pickles! One of the worst places in town especially for the prices !
