Worst customer service ever. Hitler treated the Jews better. These incompetent lazy girls don’t even know how to put food in a bag! Waited 30 minutes for a simple order, and watched as the drive thru girl clueless as hell, fumbling around and mixing up peoples food. Then when we all finally got upset she started cussing at us haha real professional girl I can see why you work there.

The last few times I have been to this Jack in the box location the service was good, the dining area was mostly clean. But the food was not great. My issues included dried smashed buns on the burgers, very little condiments on the burger also leading to a dry burger. A few of my tacos were good some seemed stale. Frys were ok but far from fresh.

DO NOT ORDER A BREAKFAST SANDWICH FROM HERE UNLESS YOU NEED CALCIUM AND WANT TO CHEW UP EGG SHELLS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MEAL. I have not ordered an egg sandwich YET that didn't come with 2-3 shell pieces MINIMUM. Called to inform management of this ONGOING PROBLEM and Rainy 's response was okay👍. Just buy fake eggs if you can't teach people how to crack them.
Edit: Tried again for a salad. It would be helpful if they were marked, but I won't include the fact that I got stuck eating somebody else's salad because they weren't. Why so stingy on the lettuce of all things? It was more like a very small or half? chicken breast with a little side of salad. Like literally all you had to do was fill the bowl with salad. Also, I just found the approximately 10 black beans and seven pieces of corn that apparently make this a southwest salad.
IS THIS A NIGHT CREW THING?! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES CHARGING PEOPLE FULL PRICE FOR THIS!
I would add the picture so you can see for yourself but I don't see an option to do that.

The SUPREME SOUR DOUGH sandwich showed piled with ham, bacon, and egg overflowing. How sad I was to get down the road to find two pieces of bread, a slice of paper thin ham, paper thin bacon, halfway cooked. And a half an egg. Good grief people! $12 bucks!! You never know who will be a google reviewer!!

Food was awesome. They did have a leak coming out of the sidewalk in front of the establishment. It would have been very slippery and dangerous if someone was walking out there. So I don't know if the well had broke underneath the sidewalk or was it the sewer system? Not quite sure but you definitely have a leak there a creek I would call it
