First visit, delicious cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. Machaca chimi was very good but not real machaca, actually shredded beef but that's typical nowadays in most Mexican restaurants since machaca is not used as much. Definitely will visit again if in the area.

Was our first time there today! We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered the machaca beef plate. Large portion of delicious beef with rice beans and tortillas. Was the best I've ever had! Will definitely go back the next time we are up that way!

Great food been around for ages. Good place to grab a bite without breaking the bank. Always great tasting food can't go wrong with anything on the menu

I know options are limited up here but this was rough. Chile relleno was a soggy mess with so much cheese it was a choking hazard. The enchiladas were mediocre, the red sauce was okay. The green corn tamale was pretty good.

The bean burros are to die for but if you're calling in an order make sure to factor in extra time. The wait is worth it.

Great food, fast and friendly service, reasonable prices. What more can you ask? Really glad to have stopped in while passing through town.

Busy! A local favorite. I found the food too spicy for my taste. Friendly staff that provides efficient service.

My family has been going here since the 1940’s. I personally love the red chili burro. The regular burro is awesome too. chili relleno. (Spelling?) the free salsa is good-not hot. I could go on. You need to try it. We always eat in and get a dozen or more regular burros to go.

Vegetarian options: If you’re a vegetarian,…..that is so unfortunate. You’re missing out.

The food was pretty disappointing. I ordered combination 1 with rice and beans. The rice and beans weren’t good and almost tasted old. The taco was the only thing I liked but the amount of meat on it was sad. If you’re confused where the enchilada was on the plate, so was it. It was just mush. The chips and salsa were fine.

Usually I don’t comment on service but I was really disappointed. Not one person acknowledged us when we walked in and sat down. I saw 3 other tables get menus and 2/3 of them even got their drinks before anyone came to our table. Our server never checked in after we got our food and we had to walk to the back to pay.
