Waited over 30 minutes in drive through while watching many others who came after me get their food first. Came in to get it and still had to wait 10 more minutes. I only ordered a couple cheese burgers and a fry. Ridiculous!

Staff came out and communicated wait time. The young folks actually smiled when they communicated me about the extra time and made sure I had the drink I ordered as I waited.

We went through the drive through and was told to pull to the front there was a total of 9 cars parked there waiting on their food. By the time all those cars left. We were still waiting for our food then 6 car behind us got their food. We tried asking but the person taking the food out brought us our food and then took it away. My friend went inside and they wouldn't even give her a refund. They gave her the food but it wasn't even right order. So I told the girl I said we waited and shes like that's not my fault. Yes of course not. But we just wanted to eat and not get treated disrespectly. It was awful. And we got one Oreo thing. I was like there's 4 of us. But they just brushed us off. Bad service bad food and the atmosphere was horrible cuz people started honking their horns cuz they were waiting for their food. Smh
