Domino's Pizza

I’ve never written a review like this before, but what happened to us tonight at the Domino’s in Gold Canyon was so disturbing, I feel obligated to share.

We arrived just minutes before closing—five minutes before, to be exact. The “OPEN” sign was still illuminated, and I have a photo to prove it. We had already placed our order, and our pizza was ready inside.

We approached the building, and one of the doors—unmarked and unlocked—opened easily. As we stepped inside, a woman who I later learned was the manager came rushing at us, screaming aggressively. Her words included threats like, “Get out of here! I’m calling the police!” and other statements that were frankly racist and frightening. I was completely shocked.

We weren’t trying to cause trouble—we just wanted to pick up our food that we had paid for. There was no signage on the door to indicate it was for employees only, and again, the store was still visibly “open.” This woman’s behavior was so hostile and disproportionate that it left me feeling shaken and unsafe.

It’s deeply unsettling to encounter this kind of aggression, especially when doing something as simple as picking up a pizza. I hope Domino’s corporate takes a serious look at the way their franchise staff treats paying customers, especially in borderline situations like this one.

Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location, and I would encourage others to think twice before giving them your business.

The last 6 orders were fresh and under 45 min to AJ. We love the new stuffed crust.

These Reviews are crazy. I have never once had a bad experience at this Domino's. I get my pizza well done with no garlic oil, my pizza always come out to perfection!

Order was good, hot and correct, delivery guy was great, nice meal will order again!

Not sure I want to order from this Domino's either because of the super low rating and it sounds like, from the comments, that they don't understand when taking orders of what people want. Is English a 2nd language? My last Domino's experience was horrible food, dry as dirt could be and tasted like it was a week old. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have returned it in a heartbeat!! This was at the Domino's behind Walgreens off Hunt Highway and they were severely understaffed, only one person was there annoyed with me walking in the store! I will never go back to that Domino's and trying to find a new one seems just as bad exclamation!! Well, I guess there's always the competition of Pizza Hut, Valentino's, Rosita's and Papa John's available to test out.............??

DIDNT get food, very rude. Mistaked me for underaged child because I hit puberty late, I’m 19 and can’t even order a pizza. Pathetic.

Literally saw 2 roaches running around behind the counter when I went to pick up an order. I walked right out. Absolutely disgusting. Don't eat here.

Useless is a compliment to this location. Tracked order to our location but was never delivered. But thank god your lying app says it was delivered so you’re useless store can hit their kpis of fake deliveries. If you want to see the full force of horrible management and execution give this place a try!

Pizza arrived with no sauce or cheese on it.

We order pizza from the gold canyon location a couple times a month. Always order the pan Pizza. This time my son and I got our pizzas home and both were not made with a buttery crust. I called to complain and she said she was sorry and hung up The phone. Didn’t offer to fix them Or give us 2 in the future. We will also be complaining through the website

this store has the best Pizza in town I don't care what anyone says this store tops all of the rest. they are fast and accurate and on point every time. ive ordered 5 mins to close and got same quality of food and service as if middle of day. This Domino's store is my absolute go to anytime I need pizza and will always be. thank you, you all rock.

They have the correct address online and they cancelled my order. They were very rude on the phone and sounded like they didn’t give crap at all.

This location is by far the best location to eat from! The staff are very considerate and really know how to set the bar high on expectations! Great job! Oh and the food is amazing!
