I placed an order through the app last week around 9pm to get shakes for my boys. When I arrived, I was informed that the shake machine was down for the night and that I would need to request a refund through the app. No big deal—these things happen. I requested the refund and thought nothing more of it.

The next day, I received a personal text from the manager apologizing for not being able to fulfill my order. He let me know that I could come back anytime and get anything I wanted from the menu, free of charge. Although I don’t live near this location, I do pass by it often when traveling into the city.

We stopped by a few days later, and Vicky was on duty. She was the sweetest—extremely kind and apologetic (she apologized more times than I can count!) and went above and beyond to take care of us.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing. Thank you all for the spectacular service—we will definitely be back!

I got 2 pieces of frozen chicken brought him back, broke him, open showed it to him. They felt it and they made me all new stuff very accommodating. This place is always clean, easy to get into and seem to be very fast. The only thing 5 of us had a problem with is that there's 8000 choices on the soda machine, and you only have 9 of them that work.

It seems like every time I go to this location—whether it’s 30 minutes or two hours before closing—I’m told they’ve closed early due to being short-staffed. Yet there are always employees sitting around in the lobby, hanging out and on their phones. This is honestly some of the laziest service I’ve encountered, and they’re asking for $20+ an hour.
Avoid this location. On the rare occasions they are open, the food is low quality and overpriced.

Lately I've been using the app to order for pickup. There's always a deal on the Jack in the box app. It almost makes it so there's no incentive to order inside at the counter. I don't know if there's a way to get the deals from the app inside the store at the counter. Anyways. Okay prices. It's always yummy. They're always fast and clean.
