Worker was yelling at co worker for abandoning them so they gave me a melty shake and threw away a new one they'd just made.... and they forgot the whole kids meal except the fries.... it's a lot to go back right now wouldn't recommend
I had ordered a special 5 PC chicken combo without looking at the price. When they told me it was 14.99. I was what ?? So I canceled it. I just asked for a jumbo jack. After I got my order I was shocked that the burger had no buns.Wrapped in lettuce only! I was upset and asked for my money back.Parking: Plenty

We have tried to go to this location 2 weeks in a row only to find it not open even after its hours were posted to open at 530am and we arrive at 6 stll not open. Other times a employee waved us away and threw up hands as to say get away from door. Not customer oriented at all. Last year they were fantastic. This year is just very poor

Be Cautious when ordering, combo prices on the order board are different when paying on your receipt. The receipt charges higher prices that do not match the price quoted on the board. Can State of Arizona Weight & Measures come in and get Jack In the Box to post correct pricing & stop the upcharging to Jack In The Box customers. Food is good but pricing is costing consumers more.
