Really pleasant barista

I buy an iced chai tea every time. It is poorly made every single time by the green haired female barista. I am unsure of her name. Not only this, but she overcharges me every time as well. Every other barista at every other Starbucks this one included charges me $6.06. Not her, it’s like $6.93. I asked why this is and she said because of the whip cream or something? Either way I would just like an iced chai tea with 2 extra pumps of chai, ice on the side and whip cream. Instead I get a large cup full of ice milk. Today my daughter went to buy this for me along with another $40 or so in drinks. No more Starbucks. The barista is rude and I think is carrying a grudge due to the fact that I ordered a venti with ice on the side and she would only fill the cup up half way. I asked why not fill it to the top? She replied and said because that’s where the ice would be, did you want me to fill it to the top? No, I like paying for half of my product. Your products and service used to be great, what happened? Being a business owner myself and someone who cares about the quality of the stuff I am paying top dollar for I will no longer be entering a Starbucks. Thank you.

She was super nice, however the drink was absolutely awful. Sadly, I believe she was new because the drink barely had any caramel or caramel crunch. Usually this one is great, however today was different. We ordered a caramel ribbon crunch. I even asked for extra caramel and caramel crunch and the drink was not made right. Wouldn’t go back to this one

Two weekends in a row the dark roast black coffee is watered down 👎 no way no good I'm not wasting any more money here if they want to try to pinch it

The older lady barista was so sweet, helpful and hustled. The other younger “lady” with half shaved head and purple hair was rude on how she was correcting the older lady. It was very inappropriate and she made it very uncomfortable to stand at the counter waiting for our drinks. I felt bad for the older lady that was probably in her 60s staying positive through the bullying.

I love Starbucks and since we do not have one in Superior it is a real treat to get one. However, today, second time they had no black tea made, nor was there any being made. There was no line of customer and the Barrista was just ... same as last time. Not sure why. But I won't make the extra effort to stop at this location again. It has gone down hill. I use to be one my favorite locations.

I am a little bias as I get my drinks there almost every morning. Great location, great people. Fast, friendly, and always polite. Our stop whenever we are traveling.

Jace, Kendall and Josh are a fantastic team - always friendly and welcoming in the morning, and drinks get made *fast* (even when I'm buying several for the office).
