The older lady barista was so sweet, helpful and hustled. The other younger “lady” with half shaved head and purple hair was rude on how she was correcting the older lady. It was very inappropriate and she made it very uncomfortable to stand at the counter waiting for our drinks. I felt bad for the older lady that was probably in her 60s staying positive through the bullying.

I love Starbucks and since we do not have one in Superior it is a real treat to get one. However, today, second time they had no black tea made, nor was there any being made. There was no line of customer and the Barrista was just ... same as last time. Not sure why. But I won't make the extra effort to stop at this location again. It has gone down hill. I use to be one my favorite locations.

This location has sold me cold brew several times without actually having cold brew made. The first time they tried to make me some weird a** alternative drink so they didn't have to do a return but it tasted like pure sh*t. The second time I made a manager come and refund my money because this is clearly a problem at multiple locations and the reason I'm never buying coffee at Starbucks again.
