Every time I get my order there is something wrong. Either the way it was made, like the tots are never crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Or when I request no pickles they think it means extra pickles. They are supposed to answer the headset "the big red button" in 30 seconds or less but normally takes over a minute. Hopefully the new GM will turn the store around

This was the second time I have been here and had their hamburger meat taste rotten. I’m never gonna go to this sonic again. I have never had that problem with the resterants in Kingman. Their food has always been excellent now their customer service is not so good but the food has never disappointed me. Sorry golden valley but you really should start paying attention to the food you serve because luckily I didn’t get food poisoning.

Completely rediculous picked up order , got home noticed missing to wraps. Get into a horrible experience of texting with someone onjy to have them close the text.when I had to care for someone after they kept me waiting ovwe 3 min. Food we received was tasty like fast food should be. This review is for the person who can't wait I was gone 5 min after I waited for them for 3. Aweful customer service

Man! I really wanted Sonic tonight too. Ordered and waited close to an hour then my driver finally tells me that they don't have an order for me. HUH? How did my driver know where to go? REALLY? I had already waited an hour and they let my driver sit out there for a while to finally tell him. I have Diabetics at home that needed to eat. Now everyone to wait again. But, Carls Jr got our food to us fast. They do have very slow service. Not sure why. This hasn't changed in the last 10 years or so. Sorry guys. I'm done. And one more thing. Does anyone notice that they send out the same generic response to the one stars
Update: I didn't blame the location for this but I ordered online and it didn't tell me they were out of ingredients and the location can't refund the money. It was a mess even funding something on the menu that could be used as a substitute. Whoever is in charge of ordering for this location didn't prepare well enough for corndog day either. It sucks because we really like sonic and I am hoping that they are just going thru a rough patch and than work get better with the food and service here.
