I came in to pick up a mobile order. Once the employee came out of the back I felt like I was being a huge inconvenience by showing up to ask for my order (it was behind the counter so I had to ask for it) the food was fine I guess. The bread tasted extremely old and chewy. Go to Sonic instead

We placed a takeout order set for 4:15 pick up. We got an email at 4:00 stating the order was ready. When we arrived at 4:10, they hadn’t even started working on our order. Usually we have pretty good luck with this location but this time was just not impressive.

I tried buy a a footling here awhile back, but when I said I was gonna use a coupon you basically ignored me and started to make something for someone else that gotten in after me I'm stuff like this makes ppl never want to come back to such disrespect
