We took the hermit road tour with Dillon in October 2025. The weather was so beautiful and we were able to see the canyon in a new way. Really loved Dillon’s tour and appreciated all the information.
the rental process was fast and efficient. the e bikes were excellent, like new and in perfect condition. a bit on the pricey side, but isn't everything now. thanks Biden
My wife, 6 year old son, and I enjoyed our half day ebike & trailer rental. We did 15.2 miles all around the south rim and Grand Canyon Village, with all of the stops we wanted to do, including lunch, in 4.5 hours. This was the most fun we had on our trip to Grand Canyon! We highly recommend this service! This is one of the best ways to see the Grand Canyon if you want something quicker than hiking and shuttle rides.
We recently did a guided tour with Canyon Adventure Bike Tours on a family trip to the Grand Canyon and it was wonderful. The shuttle made for a fairly easy mostly down hill ride and all the equipment was in great shape. One of my kids is a novice bicyclist and it was still manageable and fun for him. I highly recommend choosing the guided tour. Our guide, Dylan, was wonderful. He was super knowledgeable and passionate about being a guide and the Grand Canyon. Despite being to the Grand Canyon several times before, we learned a lot from him. One last note - the cafe drinks were a nice touch ahead of the morning ride.
Highly recommend the E-bike! We had a great time and it was so easy.
Our family of 5 rented 5 Ebikes in order to do the Hermit Trail. A half day rental 6 it is a bit tight. The bikes themselves are top quality, and you get a helmet. It is best to order online as I suspect you get the newer better bikes rather than bikes held in reserve for walk-ins. The staff are also very professional. Each has a station and a task for the onboarding and return. We were really impressed. They explained how to get to our desired starting point and the operation of the ebike as well as fitting the bike to each family member.
Great tour, knowledgeable guide, wonderfully service.
My wife and I encountered a flat tire on the trail and came to the bike shop in hopes of a repair. Nate gladly offered to help us out. The service was prompt, friendly, and to be frank, VERY fairly priced.
We did not rent bikes here but their service and professionalism was impeccable!
They saved our trip. I got extremely car sick and couldn't make it there. They allowed my husband to bring 1 bike to me to ride the rest of the way there. The seats are not the best, BUT it's a bike. I'd do it again and again. Every time we come here, we will rent the bikes.
Called before taking the 45 minute hike to get there. Specifically asked for e-bikes and gave our heights When we got there the kid said I won’t fit. I was disappointed mentioned I called and all he had to say was that he wasn’t the one that answered the phone. If I don’t fit, there’s nothing that can be done I understand but he didn’t have to be so cold about it.

I’ve worked as a barista in busy cafes for a decade and know how stressful it gets but there was no need for the way me and my parents were spoken to.
I ordered 2 coffees and a breakfast tea, my mum wanted an ounce of milk in her tea and was refused and told to pay for it - Ok no bother but I was told to queue again (with the line going out the door) to pay $1 for a touch of milk. Another employee recognised this was a bit silly and just gave us a splash - thanks man!
Then we weren’t given the 2nd coffee (no receipt so we didn’t know we hadn’t been charged for it). The barista acknowledged she’d heard us order it but insisted we join the queue AGAIN to pay for this. I repeated my order to the cashier twice when I initially ordered so this was not my mistake!
To top it off once the drink was made it was thrown on the counter in my wee 74 year old dad’s direction.
The other two employees on shift were friendly and trying to help the best they could but the barista seemed to be in charge and wouldn’t let them help. I recommend bringing in the practice of repeating orders back to the customer to help prevent mistakes like this.
We were polite, patient, and solution oriented but treated with absolute hostility.
Nice coffee though.
They actually have great coffee! Less watery than anywhere so far on my trip. Noticeably good beans also.
Super helpful and friendly staff. Our tour guide, Carlie (sp?), was friendly and knowledgeable. The tour itself was an easy ride for most people (I would think), so maybe not a good fit for someone seeking a workout. The information and views were fantastic.
Grand Canyon is awesome, Carli V. as a guide was even better. Solid views and news - made the trip worth while. Thank you!!
We rented e-bikes for a full day cycling around the grand Canyon and enjoyed very much the beautiful views across the over 44km of road and cycle path covered. Definitely the most enjoyable way to cover all view points across red and orange routes. However, I must say that I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the e-bikes for the price paid, since we previously rented some e-bikes on Zion National Park that were not only cheaper but way better in terms of assistance (you could be lazy and drive for long time). Too expensive for what you get, but the experience of cycling the grand canyon is still worth it.
