Pretty good food for a breakfast buffet
Food quality was simply lacking. Fruit buffet was ok. You don’t get that much breakfast and it’s expensive for what it is.
The food was not bad, though the menu List was short. The service was horible, they forget the order, bring the wrong orders and never say sorry
We ordered from the menu for breakfast. There were 3 other tables. When the food arrived 30 mins later, the wrong order came for me and bacon instead of sausage for my husband. No cream is offered for coffee. The staff is very nice and pleasant but not sure what’s going on with getting simple food orders together. The food itself tasted fine.
Food is expensive and very basic. The French toast did not come with pure maple syrup as described in the menu. Service was great.
$20 for crappy breakfast buffet plus $4 coffee! My coffee was never refilled. I had to walk up to the desk where 4 employees are standing around laughing and talking personal stuff to ask for another coffee. When they brought me the coffee, every table around us asked if they could get another coffee too. No one came to check on us. The buffet itself was all heat and serve, pre-cooked food. I would never go back!
Breakfast isn't bad.
Just don't spend money there, food selection is worse than any "breakfast included motel", most of the hotels have this kind of breakfast included, not charged 20$ a person, service provided by students or sumer employees are the highlight of this breakfast

1) They took away our plates before we were finished and we had to get a new plate of food
2) We were under the impression that the breakfast buffet was included in the stay, but they did not tell us that when we asked the front desk and server.
Overall pretty disappointed lol but the servers were nice.

20 Dollar per person for breakfast. Waitress served us immediately (only drinks, food you help yourself at a buffet). They have toast and croissants as well as bacon, eggs, fruits and other stuff. Drinks seem to be included in 20 Dollars p.p.

$20 for all you can eat sub-par, not even Shoney's level breakfast.

Canyon room’s breakfast food was good but the special “salsa” that the chef made for our dishes was fantastic! But the best part of our breakfast was our friendly, upbeat and delightful server, Donna! She was hilarious, very nice (even brought a bowl of water for my service animal) and very quick to bring our food/drink items throughout our meal. Thanks, Donna and Canyon Room!
We stayed at the national park lodge but couldn’t eat at the lodge due to no reservations. We drove out of the park and ate at the Canyon Room, we had a wonderful experience. Massive ribeye and a bison steak, both were perfectly done. Full bar, very clean and organized! Plenty of parking and the staff were very helpful!
Three out of four people ordered salad for dinner and the other person ordered salmon with rice pilaf. We waited about 45 minutes to get our dinner. We also felt rushed to leave the table as the server took our plates while one of us was still eating.
I thought this was a good buffet but then I realized it was $18.99 per person for this buffet which was more like dining at Shoney’s or Denny’s, I was disappointed. For two people this buffet cost $42 with coffee and tax??? Items included in the buffet bar: homestyle potatoes, pancakes, French toast, three types of cut up fruits, one yogurt, regular toast coffee egg scrambled biscuit gravy sausage turkey regular bacon and some strudels. Was not impressed for the selection and choices for the price that you pay
