Great service and a great meal. Husband and I split a Caesar Salad and a Burger in the Saloon, while enjoying some happy hour drinks. The decor is charming, cozy and the Service personable and helpful - Great wine recommendation from our Server, Julie! The beef burger was cooked to a perfect medium (as requested) and had a very tasty bacon-habanero jam that paired well with the havarti and salad. The Caesar was fresh, creamy and rich in parmesan. Would definitely eat here again.

Beautiful place, but that's where it ends.

There was a "wait" to be seated and it was about 90% empty. We SHOULD have picked up on that and left, but we didn't.

EXTREMELY SLOW service. We waited about 40 minutes for soup, wings and a salad.

Food was ok 2.5/5, but certainly pricey.

Good meat. Large restaurant where they made us wait for the seat even though it was empty.

Decided to try Canyon Star Steakhouse which is connected to a beautiful hotel. However, back to the food. I shared a plate with my husband. We ordered the surf and turf, a small baked potato and asparagus. Asian spare ribs(4) as an appetizer. A lemonade and coke. We divided the plate up and the next time we seen our server, we were finished with our meal when she realized she didn’t bring us the shrimp that came with it. It’s okay though. We were not upset about it. They took $9 off the tab. Once we received the bill, rounded off it was $96.00. That was for 1 steak, small potato and asparagus. I have to say I’ve had much better tasting steak and 2 of them at that price, but I get it. It’s a tourist area, atmosphere was comfortable and service wasn’t bad.

Cool Western vibes and decor. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. This is not a fast food place so be patient with your food it will take some time to make so if in a hurry go hit Wendy's across the street. The quality of the food was great and the preparation and presentation of the items on the plate was very pleasing. We order the flat iron steak with veggies and for me and on a rare occasion I order the vegetarian plate and I was delighted with the flavors it tricked my brain into thinking I was eating some type of meat product. Overall a very nice experience and will recommend to friends and family.

Vegetarian options: They have them on the menu and surprisingly great tasting and well presented on the plate.

Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options

Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available and families were there enjoying the evening

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs

We noticed all of the bad reviews so we were hesitant. We took the chance and we were very pleased with it. Filet mignon was amazing and cooked perfectly (9 out of 10) , Mac and cheese, bake potato and lettuce wedge were all solid 8 out of 10.

Very large restaurant so I can see where the service might be slow if they were busy. We went and there were less than 20 people eating.
We were there 4-6pm

2 entrees
6 adult beverages
1 appetizer
1 desert
$190 ($35 was tip)

The restaurant only served whites, treated colored people very badly, and kept delaying the reservation time, but white people could walk in directly, and there were many empty tables in the restaurant

Ordered the Salmon & Flat Iron steak. Very good! Live music was nice. Good vibes. Ordered ranchero beans but got the beans and corn, unfortunately. Still was tasty.

Parking: Lot has Telsa Superchargers and also Tesla Destination chargers.

Breakfast buffet was just ok. Service needs a lot of help. Price wasn’t terrible based on it being a tourist area

After a long day we wanted a place to recharge our batteries. The place seemed empty but it took us a 15 minute wait to get in, once inside they took a while again to write down the order and once we ordered after 40 minutes (without exaggeration) the waiter told us that the kitchen had not received the order... end a disaster and absolute lack of control.
