Canyon Star Steakhouse & Saloon

We sat in the Saloon. Air conditioning was to cold. The food was great and hot when served but the last bites were cold bc of to much air conditioning and fans.

The Caesar salad and chicken -amazing . Girl when we entered rude 27/7. The waiter was pleasant but constantly coming to us when we said everything was great. On 4 th time of interrupting a quiet romantic meal with my husband I asked for bill. Then he kept coming back pushing me to pay it and we were not even finished our drinks. Restaurant was nearly empty . So got up and left he followed me to pay at front . I paid it. Then I couldn’t t understand what he was saying but they wanted me to sign something and write down tip - I asked the girl to explain and she was very rude. They take tip out at end of night on my credit card. I wasn t really understanding how they access it two hours later . The girl said everyone in America does it like that. . I disagree- 42 days travelling I am asked for tip by machine when Paul g the bill. So I left anxious upset because treated badly. I was staying at the Hotel attached a down t have breakfast today. Had McDonalds .

Food was terrific! Service bugged us too much to buy more drinks and things. Overall a great experience would recommend I had the pork chop. Little pricy but what you expect for a steak house.

We had dinner twice here on our stay AND breakfast twice, our servers were fabulous (Agus was a particular pleasure, very kind and friendly). The food was great, excellent seasoning on everything, good variety (my favorite side was the mac and cheese and I do not usually like mac and cheese lol so that says something), for breakfast the buffet had massive options from sweets to hard boiled eggs, they even had gluten free bread options (I highly recommend the breakfast buffet). If you are headed to the Grand Canyon area you should stop by for a meal or two!

No seasonings, $60 steak not worth $20, cold food, raw veggies advertised as cooked, staffing had a very thick accent to the point of being unable to understand them.

So yummy, anything from a variety of steaks to a rack of ribs, half chicken or salmon. (I got a free desert for my birthday!) Great sides, salads, and great drink menu...bonus a happy hour from 3-6, just as you are checking in!

Caden gave us great service and the steak was perfect. Everything was cooked perfectly. The steak and the mac n cheese was awesome. Would recommend.

After reading the reviews, I was not expecting to be so pleased. New York steak was cooked perfectly, sides were delicious, and the live music made the atmosphere enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Loved coming back after a full day at the park. Could relax in jacuzzi or relax at the saloon and have a filling dinner. So much to do and accomplished. Staff so very accommodating!

With no reservation, we took a chance and went to the Canyon Star Steakhouse. Service was good, food was good, and on a Thursday night, the place was rather relaxed. A good place to eat when visiting. We were staying at the Grand Hotel so it was an easy decision!
