horrible! Manager Frankie needs to learn some customer service skills
Went to Burger King tonight ordered online on the app. It was roughly 10:00 p.m. I get there the kid working told me that he had to close the grill early because they were shorthanded. Then went on to say said he couldn't make my meal and wouldn't. Even tho they close at 11 p.m. So in other words he wanted to get off right at 11 and not have to stay and clean.
When I got home with our family’s food I found 20 chicken nuggets black and the fries were covered in black soot from the fryer. When I called and Spoke with the manager on duty who’s name is Dakota he told me that the fryers are not working right and could re make them when they or fixed. Asked about a refund for them and told me he could not do it and to dispute it online.
