Just received our DoorDash and we are so disappointed. Didn’t receive 1 sauce (even paid extra for additional) and my Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich doesn’t have the bacon or Swiss on it. I mean… dude! It’s in the name!!!

Did they get new management? I had stopped going to this location because of quality had gone down. But let me say that I'm glad I gave this location another chance because they turned it around. Their drive through service was speedy, accurate, and pleasant. The quality of the food is great as well. Great job service team and management!

Huge lines inside and people having ordered online were sitting at tables waiting and long line waiting in cars. ONE person making food and she was slow. 3 people taking orders. Get a new manager and more staff. We left

I dropped my car off at the car wash. Went to Burger King ordered my food waited 20 minutes went and got my car. Came back to pick up my food still wasn’t ready. I ask the girl and she was very RUDE. I finally got my food 35 minutes later. They were very RUDE.

Haven't had BK in awhile, and decided to come through this past Sunday. The young lady, I believe her name was Maria was very friendly and asked if I wanted crowns, and just made the experience nice. Sometimes just a friendly smiling face makes a difference. I appreciated that.

I was at your Green Valley restaurant on 12/29/24. You are very lucky to have Alex in your employment. He was very pleasant and extra accommodating. I've been a customer at this establishment for several years and appreciate friendly employees that do a little extra. Judy

Not sure what type of trees those cheeseburgers are picked from but they is always hot and fresh when I come.
Always quick they mostly get your custom orders correct, mostly. Anaise does a great job at the drive-thru window.
