I just had the pleasure of seeing the manager at chipotle Nogales deal with a customer
lady came in after ordering a chicken bowl , she felt that she was given the al pastor chicken , the counter girl explained to the lady that she was given the "normal " chicken but that it did come with Adobo so a little spice and offer option of which meat did not have spices , lady asked to have her chicken replaced with another meat and the counter girl said, no , we will make you a fresh...read full review
