Missing red salsa

Worst bowl I've ever had in my life, not even a quarter of the way full SMH $13 wasted. Made me more and more depressed with every bite

Love the food!!! Friendly service and decent price.

This was my first time and the lady's behind the counter were super helpful with helping me decide what I wanted. Food was awesome.

I got food poisoning last week before Thanksgiving from my chicken burrito. I waited 10-12 minutes for them to cook more chicken and I don’t think they let it cook for the amount of time needed. A couple hours after I ate my burrito, I threw it back up and continued to throw up anything I ate or drank until the following day at 2pm. I had no energy to walk and could barely sleep with how much I needed to throw up. I had to go to the emergency room because of the fluid loss and didn’t fully recover until a couple days ago. Super disappointed 👎🏽

Tables weren't clean, and we ordered 3 tacos and they charged us for guac on all of them ($3.25) when we didn't have guac on any, and when we brought the receipt up they scoffed at us and only refunded $2.70

Got food poisoning, ate chicken bowl with rice and beans and a few hours later feeling super nauseous and throwing up

What happened? I feel like ever since covid, fast food joints have been at there lowest. Chipotle was always our favorite because it can be mostly healthy and always taste good with good portions. Lately my burrito bowls have been pathetic, normally I would just make an excuse of they are busy but not tonight. Apparently I ordered the half burrito soup....

How hard is it to make sure everything is in the bags before you send out an order for delivery. $20+ dollar tops and the driver didn’t even make sure everything was there……

This place has gone down the tubes..
They give half scoops of the meat they call protein, they don't give utensils when you order out, there's hair in our meals, what a disappointment....
I've delt with the half scoops but you can't argue with the worker's, they don't seem to care, it's not like they own the place....

Got the steak burrito bowl with guacamole, cheese and hot salsa. Was very good. Order was made just right and ready to go when I got there to pick it up.

This place is hit or miss. Don't come within an hour or two of closing. The steak will be dry, some things they will just be out of, the place is a mess. Food all over the tables and floor. And when they were making my tacos, they asked if I would like anything else, I said how about actually putting steak on those tacos.
