Absolutely hands-down, the best burger on the planet I love the way they taste like they are fresh off the grill all their food is delicious. I just wish we had one closer to where I live. We go every chance we can.

I put in a pick up order for the first time at 5:26 pm to be ready by 6 pm. I got there 5 minutes early and figured this method would be faster than drive thru and I would still only wait the 5 minutes as I said I would pick up at 6 pm. Despite knowing I was there and what my name was, they not only brought out 17 drive thru orders after 6 pm but also another pick up order for a person who was not even present prior to mine as well as 3+ indoor orders placed after my arrival and check in. I did not receive my order until 6:17. I did not even receive my bottle of water prior to that time. The only response I got was “sorry we just got slammed “. Which the possibility of them being slammed was why I lput in my order @ 5:26 for pick up at 6pm in order to avoid an unnecessary wait. There was no more apology or compensation. They also forgot the ranch in my order.

I go to Culvers in Green Valley between 3-5 times a week. The food is good, customer service is superb and to top it off the meals are priced below their competitors.
