Always fresh and friendly staff...on average I come 1 or 2 times a week since it opened and only once was my food not totally fresh. But I would always choose them before McDoodles....

It was busy on the evening we visited this location. Still, the food was on time and great. There were multiple team members in the dining area keeping everything clean and orderly. We really enjoyed our dinner and the atmosphere.

We've been coming to this location for years. Usually things are organized, but tonight was just absolutely abysmal. My Wife placed an online order at 557pm to be ready at 615pm. I arrive from Tucson at 611pm, wait in line and ask the girl to the left register about the order. She says they are making, and I'm like ok no problem it isn't ready until 615pm. "Do I wait here, or over there?" "We will call you." A gentleman that arrives after me places his order, and we are both waiting. He receives his in person order at 627pm before mine. After seeing this I go up to the register and ask about it. Mind you there are several associates standing waiting to run orders out, and who I would assume are Managers, or leaders walking past me several times not even checking in. After I go up to the register at 627 the food is magically ready. I get in the car and it is all cold. My gripe is, we placed our order online diligently to make things easier, and I totally understand it's busy, but there is no clear direction for pick up orders, for who's next in line, or anything. Then to top it off our food is stone cold, people coming in after me placing orders, and receiving them before ours. I looked at the ticket on the receipt from the bag and it shows 609pm, so I wasn't sure what that was about. This place is a well oiled machine when it isn't busy, but the moment that happens there's absolutely no direction, and it seems in person orders are prioritized first. Then all I get is a half-hearted "sorry about that". Won't be coming back for awhile.

You have a family atmosphere which is so nice. Anyone I come here with we know we can come and have nice meal and a conversation to where we know we will be able to hear each other talk and be so relaxed when we leave. My friend and I stop here after church sometimes just for a custard and a drink to finish off our evening and to talk over the message from church. Also your prices are so right for our budget. Great food/great prices. Thank you so much! Parking: I have oxygen on wheels and my friends have had surgeries to where we need handicap parking and 90% of the time we are able to have that and someone that works here is always willing to hold a door open for us and is so polite as we come in and as we are leaving.

Many people had recommended Culver's, but after trying it, it's no different than any other fast food restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: I saw just a 3 spots for handicapped people.this area is a retirement area with a lot a handicapped people and of course 3 spots is not enough. I have a handicapped son and his service dog with me.. we parked in a regular spot(too small)we have to abandon the restaurant because one of patrons started to push our dog with a chair. We asked to stop but she didn't care(Karen?).... Not returning to that restaurant.. the service was ok. , long lines, Sunday around 4 pm .
Walleye was delicious. Dining room was cold! I would like to delete the bun from the fish dinner and be able to get curds in
