Domino's Pizza

Ordered the new $ 9.99 Deal my Son had Pepperoni and one Cheese, Husband Metzza and I tried the Veggie which was the most horrible Pizza I ever eaten from Domino's. No seasoning an. few leaves of Spinach definitely none of these pizza a worth the extra $ 3.00. Next time we stick with our usual $ 6.99 Deal. Threw the Veggie Pizza out after I ate 2 slices and ate my free Chicken Pasta.

This was a free pizza and I didn't like it.... The toppings were clustered in the middle and there was a lot of dry crust. There was one young lady working alone that night, so maybe this is not the usual quality of their food.

My wife and I recently moved into our new home and decided to order Domino's delivery through the app, just as we always have in the past. This experience, however, was completely different—and not in a good way. The incident happened about a month ago, and the fact that I still remember it vividly shows how uncomfortable it was.

When the driver arrived, he seemed friendly at first. But as we were closing the door, his tone shifted. He suddenly put his hands out to the sides and said, “No high-five, no tip?”

Confused, I looked at my wife and asked if she added a tip in the app, which she confirmed. The driver insisted we were “probably mistaking it for the delivery fee.” We explained that we order frequently and absolutely left a tip. He asked us to hold on, went back to his vehicle, then returned saying, “Oh yeah, I see it now. There was only like six dollars on there, but you did leave one.”

He then hopped back in his car and drove off, leaving us standing in our doorway in shock. We genuinely looked around for hidden cameras because the whole interaction felt unreal.

The pizza itself was good, but the delivery experience was uncomfortable enough that we will not be ordering delivery from this location again. I need to install my ring camera to capture these types of instances lol.

I placed the order in the app and was provided an eta of 25-35 minutes - It took just under an hour. When our food finally arrived, it was luke warm. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I have noticed in the past months that the items on the pizza have been shy, seems like they are not putting the correct amount of toppings on the pizza. I ordered a pizza with two toppings one peperoni and green peppers, I could count the items and the count was not high for each item very shy. Not good business.

The food was very greasy and saltey. I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken bites one pizza had the stuffed crust. Not good....very disappointed

Good pizza. Great staff. Fast, friendly service. The people here really are fantastic.

Aiden is awesome, he assisted me today and did an exemplary job preparing my food to perfection. Spectacular service and delicious tasting food always! Highly recommend this location!

This is extremely frustrating when they have a drive thru and we are waiting over 30 minutes to pick up our food we pre-ordered . If the food is not ready why not have the car pull around and let others pick ip the orders !!!!!! I could’ve gotten delivery faster than this!!!!

Terrible service. Waited for over 45 min just to see how the driver had to go back to the store because he forgot my order. I called the store and the manager told me that I would have to wait another 45 min because they only had 1 driver. I canceled my order and not even a sorry or anything for their mistake. The owner of this franchise should hire better personnel! Papá John's is better, don't waste your money with this clowns.
