I can’t believe you have to wait more than 45 minutes just for them to make a simple coffee. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers’ time only about making money. Improvements in the future? I honestly doubt it as long as people keep coming. As for me, I won’t be back.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location. I ordered two drinks ahead of time, and when I arrived, the worker told me to wait off to the side and that she’d call me when they were ready. I ended up waiting 50 minutes, while several groups who ordered after me—some with six to ten drinks—got their orders first. When I asked for an update, she just said they were still working on it and rolled her eyes. Eventually, I went through the drive-thru, where a kind employee immediately helped me and had my drinks ready within two minutes. I really appreciated his great customer service, but the initial experience with the girl (she had black and red hair) was very frustrating and unprofessional.

And only reason I say atmosphere one star is because the drive thru design is horrible and way too small. You can see tire marks all over the curbs. More room more people drinking coffee. Everyone their is nice and efficient!
