idk I haven't been to a jersey mikes in years. but hey, you should go out and walk more. it's really good for you. work up to jogs, and runs. it's nice in the autumn especially. just be careful if you have bad asthma, you know the deal.

Dietary restrictions: I think they restrict you from eating there if you rob them, or you're broke.

I never get a sandwich made the way I ask it to be made. I add stuff and subtract stuff so maybe it's me making it confusing. I am happy the pepper relish is now available to purchase at $5.95 a jar....so good.

First time in and it was a wonderful experience. Got the suggested Italian mikes way. Jessica was so outgoing, friendly and helpful. She seemed to really care about my day and the converation but was able to balance it all , which shocked me. People don't care about people anymore.

This was one of the best fast food sandwiches i’ve ever had. Kye was incredibly friendly and helped answer all of my questions regarding the menu. The moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed in. Wonderful dining experience, 10/10. Will definitely come back again to get another bomb sandwich.

Placed a on line order today 9/21 around 130. Went to pick up and order was being prepared then. Yes I was early. I had requested oil and vinegar on the side in separate cups do to them not mixing in one. I was made aware of this by an employee at the JM on s houghton. The employee was getting my order together I saw him put the two in the same cup. I told them they were supposed to be in separate cups do to them not mixing. He wanted to argue with me and tell me that they do and that wasn’t true. What does vinegar do when you add it to oil? It goes to the bottom. Come to find out he was the manager for that day. His name is Sergio. He was even telling the other employees that were there I was wrong right in front of me. What a manager. All so when I got home neither sandwich had mayo which was supposed to be to be. One had added pickles and banana peppers. It didn’t even have that. I wish I could go to this JM and my order be right. Here lately JM has gotten bad with orders not being correct. Employees just don’t care and don’t pay attention. I have requested for a manager to call me that is above Sergio but I’m sure I won’t be getting one. Won’t be going back to this JM no time soon

I can only review the food because I didn’t pick it up. If you are a vegetarian eat somewhere else. If you have ever gone to a restaurant and ordered a salad (because there were no vegetarian options) and they bring you some iceberg lettuce, a tomato, maybe a little onion and some cheese, that salad on white bread is the veggie sandwich here. It’s edible, but it is not a choice if you can go somewhere else that actually uses quality veggies and bread. It was my first time eating from there and I was disappointed.

I eat here alot. Today I see they now weigh the bread. Then the meat before they put it on the sandwich. C’mon. Really???!!!! I may return to getting my sandwich at Sprouts.
And the restrooms were filthy!

The manager (dark skin male individual )I believe he was deaf when I ask for oil, vinegar, and so forth. He was rushing which there was no customer behind me. Bad customer service and seem like he care what is inside my sandwich then me. I even repeat again and kept telling me what else I want. This manage needs to re-train from the corporate. To the manager, next time, listen to the customer and stop rushing customer out the door when no one is behind me.
