The manager (dark skin male individual )I believe he was deaf when I ask for oil, vinegar, and so forth. He was rushing which there was no customer behind me. Bad customer service and seem like he care what is inside my sandwich then me. I even repeat again and kept telling me what else I want. This manage needs to re-train from the corporate. To the manager, next time, listen to the customer and stop rushing customer out the door when no one is behind me.Parking: It’s not the issue.

My daughter and I ordered a sandwich, I told the gut who was making it not sure what his name was bc they don't wear name tags, that I didn't want veggies on it, he did and when I asked them to remake it, he lost it and threw the sandwich in the garbage so upset and stated he was upset bc I didn't want the sandwich, I ask for a manager, there was a woman there, she stated she was the manager and will handle it, but of course she didn't do anything, the guy was back making sandwiches like nothing had happened, no apology whatsoever.

Your website was not working ! Was not able to pre order before arriving. The sandwiches were ordered onsite and ready within 5 min. Excellent customer service- great sandwiches! Way to go guys!

I ordered through Uber Eats and the store messed up the order. Their resolution was for me to come pick up the correct order. No offer to refund what I paid. This franchise sucks!

Great sandwiches and you can never go wrong with the #13. Good bite for the price, but 1 star for the employees. Sorry didn't mean to make you sad by coming in and interrupting your chat, I was hungry. Also if you're gonna sing the song "I wanna go home ~" loud enough for customers to hear, perhaps sing it in the back while doing dishes or something? You made me feel bad for making you work.

Have been here many times and all is usually well. Today I mentioned to one of the women (dark hair, tattoos) that the flies were a menace. I was not upset nor mean. I was waving the flies away from the meat cutter and general area. I suggested they put in a blower at the door. She said they already had the lights and that she was “doing her best.”She was sassy and it was not needed. Nobody was upset. It was a suggestion and not targeted at her in anyway. Nobody wants flies on and around the food. I’m not sure if she was a manager or not but I know this is the second what seems to be supervisor that has had a snarky attitude when I came in there and the other one was a male who I haven’t seen in a long time. I still gave a four star rating because the food here is good, and they are typically very speedy with their service but the attitude needs to be left at the door or go in the back and take a deep breath. Thanks.
That food is perfect for me because I have never liked Subway. Jersey is always fresh and delicious. The subs are made perfectly with amazing service. The ambiance is very chill and relaxing. Can't wait to go back!
