Saturday, January 3rd. I checked their web site and it stated that they are open today. Made a special trip to enjoy lunch and pick up a few bakery items. When we arrived, they were closed with no sign on the door. Spoke with a couple of folks in the parking area who stated that they had traveled from out of town specially to go to this cafe. I called their phone number and the recorded message was regarding their Thanksgiving business hours. It appears that they need to step up their communication.

Sorry to say but I've had to drastically reduce my rating after an awful experience. Ordered salad and lettuce was old and going bad ( dark, slimy and wilted) returned it and the remade salad was the same. Tried to pick out the bad and eat part of it anyhow. Complained to cashier who berated me for complaining and tried to demand a tip. Not at all acceptable. I'm sad to say this is our last time here. It had been a very nice place but something has gone very wrong.

I had not been to the bakery in months due to my wife's illness. In the past their cinnamon rolls were awesome so I waited until they opened at 10 to get a fresh cinnamon roll to go. This was by far the worst cinnamon roll I have ever had. It was cold which should have made the frosting really good but it was runny, not very sweet and the cinnamon roll itself tasted as if it came out of the freezer and thawed. I will not be returning

The entire staff made us feel most welcome. The lunch and the bakery items were superb.
