Can’t believe the takeout plates are super small now! Looks as small as the lunch plates but price still $15.00… just ridiculous. Had I known I would have canceled my order. The food is fine but hate the idea of paying more for LESS!

We ordered take-out to be delivered. The food was good but we didn't receive our whole order. I ordered the Pu Pu Platter which was supposed to come with 4 chicken wings, only got two. My wife ordered an egg roll. We didn't get it. All we got were the 2 that come with the Pu Pu Platter.

I love panda house food it's amazing almost all the time! I go during lunch soo if I get there from 1 to 3 food is sometimes cold or not as fresh, soo I tried to get there before those times. People are very friendly and very attentive with customers!

Order a combination dish , opt in for fry rice and compao chicken the rice wasn't made that day it was dry and had no flavor the chicken had no flavor and the vegetables look like they had a freeze burn and wasn't flavorful, the fry shrimp had much oil still in them , they lack of costumer service seems the conversation among employees was more important than the costumer not impressed about this place very mediocre to say the least, would not recommend

Hey 🐼 house what's up with having lousy food on the buffet at 1:45 pm on Saturday 5-10-2025. The quality should be the same from 10:30 am until 2:30 pm. If the quality is not going to be good offer people a discount. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Third time getting take out here. First two times were good. This last time if you don't get there early you are looking at scraps left in the pans as it seems closer to 2:30pm they are not adding more food. So you are not getting the portions and quality you are paying for. later in the day not much left to choose from but a third of amount left in a lot of the pans. This ruined this last experience, will not be back.

Having eaten at this location for a few years, I question why I keep going back! They never get the pick up orders correct, always leaving something out or portions not as advertised. When you call them on it, they offer to replace if you come back in. Who is going to drive 25 mins back and inconvenience my family for dinner they have to wait for. Never will deliver the correct order unless it’s $30 or more. Staff denies that they put order in incorrectly even when you show them receipt showing how it was in fact ordered correctly.
