I came here with my family. We normally go to the Panda House on Duval Mine, but thought we would try this one out since we were close. As soon as we walk in the waitress tells us they are closing in 30 minutes. We ask if we can sit and she says yes. We let her know we are ready to order. She comes over to take our order and is on her phone. We give the order to her thinking she was typing it down. She then repeated only a third of the order. All while she is still on her phone. We correct her and she is seemingly lost. The food gets served but only two things of utensils for a family of four. My husband and I ordered waters with lemon. We got the waters but without the lemon. We ask her for some lemon and her response was "I would have to go and cut some". My husband told her okay, thinking she would bring it. No, she never brought it. The entire time she made it very clear she did not want our business or to do her job. We will never go to this location again. Horrible service. The food was bland and Luke warm at best.

Run by kids who don't understand proper hygiene and food handling - no gloves anywhere in plain sight during food prep, cashiers handling money then prepping food, no hand washing, etc. Crazy long waits due to chronic understaffing. Food OK, but it will try your patience.

First time I was extremely disappointed in my food- rice gummy & wontons were stale.*the restaurants reply was inaccurate- the food was not freshly made. I have been to your restaurant many times and this day was the worst. The wontons were hard, cold and had a stale taste. That is the truth. Maybe you all had an off day- it happens, but my food was not good or freshly prepared.

We've been waiting on our order for an hour. Several people who arrived after us have been served. This was their second chance, it will be the last. Service was absolutely terrible. Haven't gotten our food yet so can't review. Is there less than one star??

We order crab rangoon, no sauce is included. When we order soup, no fried wontons. No sauce for egg rolls either. This is every time we've ordered! We shouldn't have to ask, they are supposed to be included!!

Placed an order for two dinners. (1) Kung Pao Chicken Dinner and the other Lemon chicken Dinner. Told them that we would like to have the Pork fried rice with no peas or carrots. Which they charged an additional $3.75 for modifying that. When we got home 20 minutes later, my husbands meal was something completely different with a bunch of boiled chicken and squash, absolutely no flavor. The fried rice was fine except they forgot to put in the pork on both of our orders. So it was just rice and egg. No onion or pork. We contacted them and sent them photos. The cashier was super friendly and understanding but the cook insisted it was Kung Pao chicken but he forgot the peanuts, he did admit to forgetting the pork and onions in the fried rice. No....this was not even close to kung pao chicken. It was very bland and the bottom was literally filled with soy sauce. . We frequently place this exact same order and have never had a problem. After proving ourselves with photos they decided to give us a 25% credit on our next order. By the time we were on the phone with them and sending photos our food got very cold. By then we didn't even care about the 25% off the next meal. We didn't even want re-imbursement anyways, we just wanted them to be more aware. The cashier was just a super guy that almost made us to not want to leave a bad review. But I think other customers need to be aware. I know when you pick up your delivery it is already bagged and tied up, but it is important to open your meal and inspect it before you leave. I will let Panda House on Continental know to please remove our phone number from their data base. We will now try other establishments. Very sad because we frequently ordered from them.

Sometimes I order through doordash, not the best experience. Today I went in to order. The driver got lost? No Chow Mein and the food was lukewarm. Don’t know what to do to get my order hot and correct. Tell me? I order regularly so I’m in the system. ???

On Saturday evening I made a order over the phone. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and was told they never received the order. The staff stated no one remembers taking the order. I will never return to this place.

Worse Chinese food ever! Was all cold! Egg roll was mush inside. Sweet and sour chicken looked like they forgot to finish cooking it. I picked up my order. There was no one in the restaurant and 3 dirty tables. Never going back!

10/02/23 Excellent food had the best flavor. I've tasted in Asian food and quite some time and even though they failed to give us the two egg rolls we ordered, it was fabulous and it was plenty of food.
