We did delivery and it was 30 mins late and brought by door dash, and now about 4 hours after eatinh my whole house including my 2 and 3 yr old have been throwing up nonstop. The last time we did carry out the girl said our order wouldn't be ready until 20 minutes after the time I was given, she said the computer was wrong and not her problem. Not doing this store again and reporting to corporate.

The ladies were super friendly and made my son’s day with the extra cheese pizza!he said the pizza sauce was his favorite part made the pizza taste extra amazing hot fresh delicious pizza for an after school snack. Inside was nice and clean they did not rush just because we got their order and didn’t make us feel like a burden for waiting. Will definitely be back thanks for the excellent service

I tried placing an online order twice & the webpage listed “temporarily unavailable”. I tried calling in to the store to place an order & whomever answered the phone was completely unpleasant. She essentially asked me why I was calling in the first place when there are online options. I explained the website wasn’t working when I tried & I gave it 2 chances. She was VERY put out that I called. Told me “If we’re not busy I would take your order but we are busy. Have you called the call center?” I was confused as hell. I explained AGAIN the website wasn’t working and the number I called was the direct stores number. I ended up hanging up bc of how rude she was. Will NOT be ordering here ever again. I don’t even like the pizza, I was getting it for my work colleagues over at a mine site. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere. :) Just be aware to anyone who actually has to call in for an order. Definitely wouldn’t want them even touching my food at this point with that kind of bad attitude.

Placed an order online, walked in to pick it up, and was completely ignored. One employee was walking around with ear buds in so he couldn't even hear me trying to get his attention. Another employee looked and me twice and never acknowledged me. I literally had to call the store and let the phone ring an unreasonable number of times before getting an answer...just to tell them I was standing there. Completely ridiculous! The excuse is that the bell on the door is broken. Seems this would be more of a reason to be on the lookout. Had them cancel my order and took my business elsewhere.

Absolutely worthless staff at night. Went in for an online order and it was ready anywhere near the time given. Then I stand in the store waiting for someone to give me my order while they just walk around and ignore customers.
UPDATE: Got home to find the pizza was very undercooked, to the point that the cheese in the middle wasnt even melted
Very disappointed with the friendliness/service by the young lady on duty upon my carryout pickup (1800 : 5/25 ). Turns out my feelings are consistent after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, will not order from this location again.

I live less than 7 min away and consistently get my pizza cold. Employees ruining franchise name.shouldnt take an hour and a half to get my pizza.also i don't want door dash delivery I called Pappas not them.worst service ever...this manger needs to be fired she was rude gave a bunch of excuses.if you guys can't offer a quality service say so..will never order from here again...

Pathetic customer service! An hour late with my order... The owner of this franchise should hire more competent people. I'm not ordering from these clowns again. Like the other review mentions, terrible customer service! Don't order here and save yourself time and money and go to another place. It's not worth the money or the waiting time

I have tried ordering a pizza on 3 separate occasions.... In the last month.... I'm pretty patient and understanding but tonight... I am done. I'm not understanding why they are labeling pizzas as being done and when you go to pick up it's anywhere from 15-45 minutes until actually completed. I don't trust that whole thing so I end up canceling the order everytime I go down. I don't know what's going on but this is beyond piss poor service.
