Walked in to pick up my pizza and saw the employees handling the food with their bare hands. They proceeded to touch the label maker, the register, opened all the pizzas on the shelf, and then went back to making the pizzas with their bare hands without washing them.

Apparently they've fired all of their in-house drivers and partnered with DoorDash for delivery company wide. It shows. Waited an hour and forty minutes for warm pizza. On top of that, we didn't receive the extra sauces we paid for. If we ever decide to order again it certainly won't be delivery. That way we can QA the order before we leave the store.

Ordered two pizzas and wings about a month ago. Pizzas were completely destroyed like they flipped in the box, forgot to deliver the wings. Called the store to have them redeliver, waited an hour and they still forgot the wings! Called the store again and waited an hour for the employee to finally admit he didn’t know how to issue a refund and was trying to get ahold of his manager… ordered again tonight giving them a second chance and wish we didn’t. Food was delivered 20 minutes late, cold, and the driver banged on the door like he was a cop and obnoxiously rang the doorbell 3 times in a row. When we called to inquire about the order when it didn’t show up on time, got a snotty attitude from a female employee. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else.

The inconvenience of a 40-minute drive compounded my disappointment upon realizing that my order was incorrect. The toppings, which I didn't request, significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the pizza, leaving me unsatisfied with my purchase. Given theprice point, I expected a higher level of accuracy and attention to detail.

I ordered one large pizza with 2 extra dipping sauces, a cinnamon stick, and a Pepsi. said it be 45 minutes to an hour was an hour and 45 minutes they said they were really busy I understand but my order didn't come correct I received a zero sugar, Pepsi and a box that had no dipping sauce in it not only did I pay for two extras, but didn't get the one that came in it, they made a big deal about it how they won't do anything . The Customer service is not good at all Driver had a bad attitude just stay away from this place.

Shame on you Sahuarita Papa John’s! It’s been a month since someone has crashed into the store and you haven’t even bothered to contact the employees who work there! Shame on you owners! You own multiple Papa John’s! Atleast call the employees to see if they’re gonna get their job back! Or let them know what’s happening or when the store is gonna open again! Hell you own multiple Papa John’s stores why not Atleast give them part time at one of your stores so they’re not struggling to much till the Sahuarita Papa John’s opens again!! Or hey contact your damn employees!

How sick do you want to get? Well, I hope you said very sick because I got extremely sick after eating my pizza and wings. This is a sign of not using proper hygiene guidelines. No cleaning of the surfaces, cookware, washing hands, no gloves, aprons or coverings on the hair, arms, nose and mouth. Food got here extremely fast and there no way on planet earth that anyone can prepare and cook a pizza, or wings in less than 7 minutes. I am going to pass on ever ordering from here again.

I need to express how wonderful the staff working here truly is! My boyfriend placed an order online at closing I found out for delivery!! I work food service. This is totally unacceptable!! He was a total jerk by the way I found out!! But this young lady who was a manager went above and beyond!! I work late and my son had a sleep over he was trying to figure your things out late! And thanks to your most amazing staff they still delivered the order! I can’t praise a nicer customer service experience because they did go way above beyond!!! This is what makes a great place run and be successful people that go above and beyond and they did!! And I THANK YOU!!!!!! I hope this reaches who needs to see it!! Thank you again
