The New York Pizza is a thin crust that bakes really crisp. The flavor isn't bad. Just add some Parmigiano and chille flakes, and it's ready to eat.

Have been going to this location since we moved to Green Valley almos 10 years ago. First real problem I have had. Maybe new manager or franchisee? Anyway, I ordered our usual Chicken, Bacon, Artichoke online. My mistake was doing it as a build your own pizza and not just selecting that exact pizza from their standard pre-built selections on the app (they still have to build the pizza fresh). How was I to know??? Paid almost $16 for a large, Thin crust pizza including discount for $3 online coupon. When I arrived, there was a banner in the window for my exact pizza for $11.99. I walked in and asked if I could get my pizza for that $11.99 price. The young man working the counter (employee) went to the back and got the manager (I assume he was the manager....not really sure as he came to the front counter and just looked at me...not a word??? No introduction or question about how he could help me....I assumed the employee would have told him what I wanted). After an awkward pause, the employee told this superior what I needed. Then I re explained that I was just asking for a price adjustment to advertised price. The supervisor proceeds to mumble something about that promotion was supposed to be ending but he was not sure when????? Banner is on your window right now. Then supervisor starts looking up some things on his phone. After a couple minutes he explains that I did not order the pizza correctly on the website....I needed to click on the standard Chicken Bacon artichoke and select the $11.99 promo price......how was I to know???? This is where it gets odd, almost insulting. He then tells me there is nothing he can do because I ordered it online!!!! How about refund my purchase price to my credit card and let me re purchase at the $11.99 price? How about a free item worth the price difference?? There is always something that can be done to show some good will. Finally, when it was clear I was not going to get anywhere, I said no problem, I'll just take my pizza. The employee handed me the pizza (see picture). First thing I said was,are there artichokes on there? He says there were and I struggled to find any. I was shocked at how anemic this pizza looked. Not only were there barely any artichokes, the other 2 toppings were extremely stingy. Remember this is a pizza I order from Papa Murphy's whenever we get Papa Murphy's Pizza. I know, I should have immediately asked them to make a new pizza, or add more toppings, but at that point I just wanted to leave with my pizza. Hopefully Duval Mine Store in Green Valley AZ Franchisee will read this and do a little customer service review with this supervisor/manager. If it was the franchisee I was dealing with....shame on you.

The pizza was just fair. Have no idea why it got 4 star review. I’ll have to research my pizza places in Green Valley further. Coming from NJ our pizza is a higher standard.

There's not really an atmosphere. The place is called "Take 'n' Bake" so no one eats there. Sorry.
Good Calzoni both the chicken garlic and the pepperoni and mozzarella but some of their staff is a bit hostile. This is unfortunate as it is a day spoiler. Just hold your nose and order anyway. Be sure to check the dates or you will walk out the door with yesterday's calzone that you will have no options but to eat today!

This last order was abysmal. Ordered the full meat pizza with extra toppings. Got half the meat pizza with no olives and half with no meat. This is the second time they got they order wrong. Hiw difficult is it to READ what is on the order?

Ordered 2 pizzas a dessert item and extra sauces. My brother was driving down from Tucson so I asked him to pick up the order and called the store to inform them. When he came in all he had was the 2 pizzas. I guess I should have told him what was in the order. I called the store and told them going back to pick up the rest of the order was not an option so please refund the difference. They did but then after cooking the pizzas found that I had a meat lovers stuffed pizza instead of the chicken and bacon pizza I had ordered. Won't be going back

I was in and out of there in about 6 minutes! That included ordering, paying, making and wrapping the pizza. And it was so delicious!

I was there at 10:00 when it supposedly opened. The person there finally came to the door, after i waited patiently, to tell me he couldn’t run any transactions because someone took the register key home with them. He was going to have to wait until the key was brought back. I’m usually a very patient understanding person but really, who takes the key home? Isn’t there a place where the key should go for the next person needing it? One would think at least.
