I ordered online special, large pepperoni for $9.99, and I added jalapeƱos. When I went to pick my pizza they gave me cheese with jalapeƱos, no pepperoni, when I called them, the manager wanted me to pay for another pizza, she would not exchange my pizza for what I ordered, because she said that in there end, they got a order for cheese/jalapeƱos. There customers service stinks, its no wonder why there always empty.

Whenever we get delivery, this Pizza Hut is so quick! I feel like theyāre faster than if I went to go pick up. Great quality food and itās always hot! Very impressed!

Excellent Location! Has dine in eating! I was very impressed with the food and especially the service. Madelyn did an amazing job. She was attentive and so very sweet. I took myself and two of my kids to this location. All of us were very impressed. We live about 45 minutes away and it is worth the trip. Highly recommend to anyone who remembers what good food and service is like. We will be back.

We've previously had excellent & professional service from different staff members in the recent past. Unfortunately, regarding my last encounter with the Green Valley location, Heather was not thorough nor helpful. She had a pretty negative attitude and was well, just awful. She failed us and her staff. We've decided to spend our money elsewhere - because of Heather. We will be sharing our experience with corporate.

Poor quality, extremely high prices. Bought over $100 worth of wings and this is how they show up! Seriously!?? They skimp on the sauce. We are extremely disappointed, such a letdown for the add-on to our Christmas Eve dinner!

Pizza and wings are typically really good at this location. However, iām not sure if just an off day but, NY pizza was very dry with hardly any sauce and wings were little chewy. But as I previously said, usually pretty good.
