This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. 2 months ago I ordered a family box, was told to wait 15 min in a spot, ok no prob. I waited 30- saw they were busy gave benefit of the doubt. Went inside asked about my order. They all looked confused, started scrambling back there assembling what I thought was my order, nope. Another 10 mins go by. I asked to speak to a manager explain everything and she said ok we will make your order now, we need to make more chicken. I said forget it give me my money back- it was almost $65 mind you, for chicken. Nobody ever apologized- she had to call a different manager to approve the refund- I was there over an hour and left with ZERO chicken. Tonight I decided to give it another chance- ordered a chicken sandwich and a 2 piece. No breasts available - At all. No red beans and rice available - at all. When I got home the mashed potatoes looked like they were manhandled. This place is understaffed and poorly managed. Will never go back to this location.

Slow. 30+ minute wait for 3 tenders.
The employees ignore you when are standing at the counter. They literally act like you aren't there. It's the strangest, rudest thing. I don't understand it. I will not return to this establishment.

Placed an order online ahead for pickup. It wasn't ready for 40 minutes PAST that time. Other ppl walked in and were served their online orders while I waited.
So I'm sure we'll have cold food when we finally get home. I know they've been slow and busy before, but only one employee was really helping to prepare orders, while a few were busy keeping food stocked. But there was one employee just looking busy without doing much in the 40 minutes I was waiting. She would just ask the young man doing everything where he was at with different orders, although she did move a batch of fries from the dryer. But that's about it.
Overall, a very frustrating experience which will have me second guessing how quick I return. I love Popeyes food, but that service experience was asinine.

The lobby was closed to customers at 7:15 on a Friday night.
I ordered the so called "6 dollar big box" for lunch the day before Thanksgiving. The chicken tenders tasted like batter covered cardboard. Dry and a lot more breading than chicken. The coleslaw was runny and tasteless. I ended up throwing most of it away. I went through the drive thru; and didn't have time to take it back or I would have. Very disappointing. I will never bother going there again. It a shame. Popeyes once had good food.

Be prepared to wait. Have patience.
It took me 30 minutes to get my 3 piece chicken meal. I could have went to a sit down restaurant.
No sweet tea for dine in either.

We waited for 40 minutes for our order. My wife checked our order in the bag on the way out and they shorted us one of our sides. I returned to the counter and requested it and they tried to give us a small, when we had paid for large. Most of the staff were pleasant enough, but the operation was a disorganized mess. I'm from another town and have never ordered here before, and possibly I caught them on a bad day. The portions were also very meager. Just not a good experience!

Okay first of all, I'll start with the fact that the place was absolutely dead, went inside not even a "hi", the lady at the front counter walked past us multiple times didn't take my order did even say "sorry I'll be with you in one moment". Absolutely ridiculous, and on top of that the manager came stated right at me and didn't even offer to take my order. Get your shit together.

This location is not worth your time. The food is usually good when you finally receive it but you end up standing around for 5 mins before they acknowledge you, even though you were the only person in line. Cashier snaps into customer service mode and is friendly at that point. Another 10 minutes and you have your food only to find the soda fountain doesn't produce ice or carbonation. The music in the dining area is playful but often has obnoxious whistling or is repetitive to the point of testing your sanity.

There should be a 0 start option….this place is awful…Had to wait 30 min on the drive through to be served. They forgot to put the napkins, a spoon and the sauce. Soda was the only eatable stuff to say the least, terrible oil taste on the tenders, mashed potato’s tasted like glue…it’s the second time i come to this place and definitely the last one.

I and my husband went to this Popeyes last night around 6.30pm and had a disappointing experience. The cashier repeatedly got orders wrong, causing delays as multiple customers, including us, had to come back to fix their orders. Despite clearly repeating our order, we still received the wrong items—2 rice and beans instead of 1 rice and beans and 1 mac and cheese.
The food quality was also terrible. The fried chicken we received tasted old and lacked flavor. It wasn’t spicy at all, and the skin was dry and barely warm. It felt like it had been sitting out for a long time.
Overall, the service was very disorganized, and the food quality was well below Popeyes standard. Serious improvements are needed in both service and food preparation.

Consistently takes 20+ minutes to get a carryout order prepared, regardless of day and/or time.
