PASS! I have not had one good experience at this location every time I muster the courage to try. Today I stopped to try the fnaf meal (with low expectations to be fair) and it was absolutely vile. The cheese bites looked like they had already been chewed and thrown up, and the chicken was absolutely vile. They also refused to give out ice which goes well with the snotty employees taking your order at the ONE open drive through lane (if you can hear them) save your money and try your luck at KFC. I understand working fast food is tough, but maybe change careers at this point. The older lady who drove through the building recently was honestly doing people a service 🤷‍♀️

First time trying Popeyes, just had some takeout. No joke the cheese bites were carbonized, a sandwich was missing and the fries were stiff and cold inside. Sad first experience

Glad they finally opened up after a year of remodeling...guess getting hit by a car will do that.

There was no ice in soda fountain machine. Every table was dirty. Only 3 people working. Service was very slow. One worker spoke no English. Food was at least hot.

no customer service skills at all bathrooms are nasty if you go in with cash expect them to turn you away cuz they never have any change and soda machines are always broken

Worst food and service ever for Popeyes. Dry cold chicken. Will never go here again, go a bit further to KFC. It’s worth the drive.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. 2 months ago I ordered a family box, was told to wait 15 min in a spot, ok no prob. I waited 30- saw they were busy gave benefit of the doubt. Went inside asked about my order. They all looked confused, started scrambling back there assembling what I thought was my order, nope. Another 10 mins go by. I asked to speak to a manager explain everything and she said ok we will make your order now, we need to make more chicken. I said forget it give me my money back- it was almost $65 mind you, for chicken. Nobody ever apologized- she had to call a different manager to approve the refund- I was there over an hour and left with ZERO chicken. Tonight I decided to give it another chance- ordered a chicken sandwich and a 2 piece. No breasts available - At all. No red beans and rice available - at all. When I got home the mashed potatoes looked like they were manhandled. This place is understaffed and poorly managed. Will never go back to this location.

Slow. 30+ minute wait for 3 tenders.

The employees ignore you when are standing at the counter. They literally act like you aren't there. It's the strangest, rudest thing. I don't understand it. I will not return to this establishment.

Placed an order online ahead for pickup. It wasn't ready for 40 minutes PAST that time. Other ppl walked in and were served their online orders while I waited.

So I'm sure we'll have cold food when we finally get home. I know they've been slow and busy before, but only one employee was really helping to prepare orders, while a few were busy keeping food stocked. But there was one employee just looking busy without doing much in the 40 minutes I was waiting. She would just ask the young man doing everything where he was at with different orders, although she did move a batch of fries from the dryer. But that's about it.

Overall, a very frustrating experience which will have me second guessing how quick I return. I love Popeyes food, but that service experience was asinine.
