Ordered Cioppino was bad. Not the one I am used to like a soup it was like cheffs Cioppino very small portion and not rich of seafood. Server was absent and did not took care of us properly. Not really Italian more like steak house.

I was very disappointed with this resteraunt. There were three of us in our party which dined there last night and the quality of food was something you could make within a short amount of time in your own kitchen at home. The portion sizes were extremely small, not filling and the prices were too high for a place that’s only so-so.This isn’t authentic quality Italian food. The staff were somewhat attentive but were always rushed and spoke Spanish to each other in an Italian restaurant!Save your money for a much better authentic Italian resteraunt somewhere else even if you have to drive a little further. We won’t be going back. Ever.

My wife and I have been dining happily at Ragazzi Green Valley for over 20 years, but our recent visit on January 28th, 2024 was disappointing. I just got my credit card bill and am now more disappointed, which is why, a month after our visit, I'm writing this review.To begin, the service was below par. It took a long time to get menus and order. The service staff was not attentive, and some requests had to be repeated. During the meal, we had to flag the waiter several times; for example, he did not bring the parmesan cheese grater with the order, said he'd be right back but had to remind and by then the food had cooled.The portions seem smaller than before. We had wine, bread, salad, soup, main and desert. My wife took home a small amount of her entree, but I ate my entire meal; it was just sufficient for me, a 140# man.In general, the prices seem to be up 50 to 100% over the past couple years. One mistake we made was ordering a half carafe of house wine for $28, which later we realized was no deal considering a glass was $10 and there are only about 2-1/2 glasses in a half carafe.On the positive side, the food was good and tasty, which had been sufficient to satisfy me enough to not write a review. Until today, when I saw my CC statement and realized I'd been charged more than the amount on the receipt.

I'm surprised we have such a sophisticated restaurant located in Green Valley. The menu is diverse and creative. The service was extraordinary. It was absolutely worth the cost.
The service was so professional, perfect timing with each course, felt appreciated by everyone. Food was excellent.

So we are not locals, and I saw Raggazzi's, I thought good can this place be in Arizona. Boy, I was wrong. Great food, service (Nick & Jerry), and atmosphere. This place reminds me of an upscale Italian restaurant in NY City. Additionally the food was reasonably priced. Keep up the great work!

Horrible service Too persnickety for my liking I made reservations for my husband and I was very specific about it being his birthday. They stuck us in the corner and forgot about us and they forgot about his birthday Worst service I've ever received at any restaurant around here.

Dining room was stuffy and smoke filled for lunch! Hostess attributed it to because they had been cooking all morning! LOL! Fortunately we were seated near the bar in a corner with a ceiling fan that was working. Server was very prompt and polite. Food arrived quickly. Pricey and small portions, but I was fully satisfied.

This little hidden gem in Green Valley is some of the best Italiano Food I've ever had. The restaurant is in a shopping center / business center. The restaurant has a welcoming feeling like you just got to a friend's mom's house for dinner. Very inviting. The food was excellent. The bread is addictive one is the popular garlic bread toast and the other is some sort of rosemary bread both delicious. The tomato bisque was so ridiculously good I swear it tasted more like lasagna soup than tomato bisque and that's a win for me. I love lasagna soup the tour of Italy dish that we shared had very decent portions. Chicken Parmesan was cooked perfectly. It was not dry when you cut into. The fettuccine Alfredo lasagna, my favorite I am all for pastas, and these did not disappoint so so good. And the service was amazing. We had a great waiter. I honestly don't remember his name but he was great.

The restaurant was very busy and ambiance was like eating at a big dinner at a close friend and family's house. The tiramisu is the best I've ever had but I can say that about everything that we ordered.
