This is MY Safeway & I really like the "aged" employees who know what Customer Service is! Both in the store at the Gas Island! Guadalupe in CS, Josue in Butcher, James in management, Zuki, Jaime, Alex & Tristen, all great people! There are a few young ones who have the CS skills but there are few & far between! Super friendly staff, well stocked store. I was just in town visiting and it was not diifuclt to find what I needed. Great shopping experience, even when I needed a little extra help because I couldn't reach something, someone was right there to assist me.
This Safeway is okay but there are a few things that they can improve on. One of those things that can be improved on is having more registers open during their peak hours. The second thing they could improve on is their Bakery department never seems to have alot of their baked goods no matter what time you get there. So you just have to hope they'll have what you need.
