If I could leave no stars I would. Went here on May 4th of 2024. Smelled bad the second I walked through the door. Water tasted horrible when I received it. Service was awful waited 45 minutes for food just to be served the wrong that and person cooking food was so rude. Sent the food back and second time it came out still wrong definitely won’t be returning.

Decent food but they forgot a $16 entree in a take out order on our first visit and substituted one of the protien options on a spingroll order without asking. Eatstreet wouldnt refund either and the customer support was rude. Second visit we had the order ready to go on the "order online" website bc their prices are cheaper in store and we just wanted to have it ready to read off the order when we got there. Well, we got there and they ended up writing the total on the Eatstreets tab instead of rining it up normal. Cost us an extra $9 compared to menu prices in store. I'm fairly sure it was intentional to get more money which is very disappointing. Happy to have found a good places but don't think we can support this greed again.

My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I always try something different and tonight’s steamed catfish on a bed of vegetables with a side of rice did not disappoint! I loved the flavor of the slivers of fresh ginger on the catfish! In hindsight, I should’ve taken a photo of the presentation. The service is always good, but we are also more patient these days because we understand that post- covid, small business owners face hiring challenges. Unfortunately, the young man who waited on us at this restaurant for years, left Green Valley 4 weeks ago.Sip some hot tea, order their perfectly chilled shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and try different items from their menu! Enjoy!

This place won’t last in the town with the caliber of service they have. My wife and I waited 20 minutes to be asked for our drink order. Then about another 10 for them to come out. We rushed in our food order and waited about another 30 for that. There’s a lot of snowbirds in here that are pretty vocal about the bad service. Shape up or ship out.

Saturday at 4 pm. 3 other couples were there. We had the fried rice. Either the Saigon or combo are similar and both flavorful. Better than average. There was no long wait. Also, the all hot and sour soup was very good, but was not hot-spicey. It was not sinus-clearing tear -inducing like usual but a lot (!)of good stuff.

I rarely give bad reviews but have to say the Bun Bo Hue (spicy noodle soup) was horrible. I love this soup because it’s unique flavor from lemon grass soup base and the spices the Viets used to make it spicy and the different meats used in the original soup. This had nothing like any other Bun Bo Hue I’ve had. It was plain and unflavorful. I may try again as I am spending Winter close to the restaurant but probably not.

do note that they close on sundays! and their veg options aren’t really vegan (most of them). i also really recommend the thai tea but not the boba..
EVERYTHING!! seriously, the service is really fast and the drinks are amazing! it’s pleasant and the portions are big. the decor is always changing but it’s really nice!
Delicious food and super selection of entrees. Pho, egg foo young, spring rolls, and other items all full of flavor and fresh.Very good service is provided as well.

Phenominal Vietnamese food. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you receive. Soooo flavorful the Pho! Service is excellent. It’s actually extremely clean I was even given a tour of the kitchen and I would say they are very very on top of their sanitation (which is very important for me).10/10 for Vietnamese Food will definitely be ordering here again.

Spent $70 for my wife & my dinner. Expected to have dinner a second day. Not happening. My kung Pao beef had barely enough meat for one meal. Was loaded with zucchini, celery & onion. Crab Rangoon were like tortilla chips with 1/2 tat of cream cheese. Crab didn't see it or taste it. Fried rice, again not enough for leftovers. Won't be coming back. $70!!!

Had the Japanese undon noodle soup. It was really good today. The veggies were still crispy and the broth excellent!

What is going on. Half size portions, very poor. Your food used to be decent, and now you get small portions and poor food. The crab Rangoon had no filling. Being cheap, and you raised your prices. Will not be back.

I was so disappointed in my order. I ordered the identical meal that I had a few months ago (orange chicken, shrimp fried rice, veg egg foo young). This time around it was borderline disgusting. The shrimp fried rice was overcooked, and the orange chicken was extremely dry. I'm not sure how this was even possible. There must have been a change in the cook because even the veggie egg rolls were just dough, no veggies in the middle. The egg foo young was a hard deep fried "hot mess". Never going back..EVER!

Went for lunch today for the first time. I had the spring rolls and the vermicelli bowl with curry chicken and I asked them to add tofu as well. Everything was delicious. I only wish that they added a little more chicken.
