This store recently put a gigantic metal shield over the meat and cheese so you can't see any of it and can't see them making your sandwich.

Order placed special instructions “dressing on the sides” response from manager “oh it was a new person” okay it was a new person, what about my $25. She yelled at my wife made no offer until ask what she was going to do about it. Finally refunded and hung up. Come on people work on your attitude. Subway has a decent product but could learn how to follow directions and be nice. Don’t blame someone else for your “new” employee.

I hadn’t been to Subway in several years. I was given a gift card so I thought I would see if the advertised improvements and upgrades were any good. I regret to report that their food is worse than ever. The “steak” was nothing more than clumps of mystery meat. The chicken was rubbery and disgusting. The toasted sub was burnt. The service was horrible. After I ordered the chicken sub, the kid started putting something that resembled ham on the bread. The entire experience was horrible. Both sandwiches were tossed out because they were inedible. The gift card has a balance remaining….and it will never be used.Subway? NO WAY!

Stopped in one hour after they had opened..... I tried to order one of their new line of sandwiches...... This was approximately noon...... They were out of guacamole, jalapenos..... Not good at the beginning of a day..... Disappointed, but I'll go back......

The manager at this location is a super star. She always goes above and beyond for the service and cleanliness of the store. I hope the company recognizes her as a great asset.

Sandwich was amazing, peiple behind the counter were nice as well as keeping the store absolutley spotlessVegetarian options: They have you see the sandwich be made so you also get to choose what goes on it like vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Despite the sizes of portions, you dont have yo grt a whole ton on the sandwich or eat it all in one sittingParking: Its a big open lot with painted parking spaces and curbs if its busy it MIGHT be hard to find a spot

Hate the glass barrier all Subways have. Can never hear, or be heard by the employees. Love the Subway in the shopping center, but not happy with the subway in the Walmart. Big difference in food taste and prep!

There are 3 Subway shops in GV/Sahaurita, all owned by the same Franchisee. They're all very different. The one out by Fry's is okay, but the folks in there are reluctant to actually put items on the sandwich - they act like they are annoyed when you ask for something extra. Geezus! If it's going to cost more, say so, but put the item I want on the sandwhich when I ask for it. The shop in Wal-Mart is downright scary. Dirty, the people who work there are either not-interested, don't care, or are just too ignorant to be employed. Bad place, avoid it. Now, the shop down the street from Wal-Mart is fantastic. The guy in there who is making a difference is Matthew. Seriously, this guy is a caring, concerned, professional who is interested in making a great sandwich and in doing so, making you happy. I am on the Jared Diet, so I go in everyday. That regular interface allows me to see first hand what is happening from a different prospective. Here are the bad parts of Subway GV; the daily sub is supposed to be $3.50, but our local franchisee charges $3.99. Its simple greed. I hate the guy for it. Then there is no Gluten Free Bread available. They use the 'excuse' of "well that bread is exposed to our other breads that have gluten so we can't yadda yadda yadda-". BS! The franchisee doesn't want to spend the extra money to provide this gluten free bread, period. Matthew, Thank You sir for giving me a good product everyday. One other weird thing, and I think it must be something to do with costs again, is that some of the 'daily' sandwiches are different than what is advertised nationally. Like Tuesdays for instance. National ad says its Chicken, but the local shops give you processed cold cuts instead - 'spicy italian', and its not very good because the amount of meat on that sandwich is as thin as paper - again, the franchisee is cutting corners and ripping you and i off. This is an honest review, and I'll keep eating these sandwiches daily as long as I'm on this specific diet. Yes, it's working for me.

Staff here are so kind and patient. Especially staff member, Matthew. Definitely like to order from this location instead of the Subway in Walmart.
