At 7:00 then turning away customers so they can watch the floor and then when they do let customers go in say that there's no cash payments after making the sandwiches and that to eat there is closed must ahead and throw the food away since I only had cash pretty sad

Went to order special meatball sub before closing time the $5.99 special don't waste your time skip this sub. No cheese allowed on special just meat and bread, asked for parmesan forgot as well. Took home meatballs were still cold in center hardly any sauce, worst of all bread was horrible tough to chew must have been in bin to throw out. By far the worst sandwich ever received from here, go to the one by ACE hardware they don't make you feel like bothering them. It's 30 minutes before close really, maybe you that get upset, maybe shouldn't work in fast food. This subway used to be open until 11pm and food was better back than, and staff friendlier.

I’ve been to this place many, many times and have enjoyed the subs. On Sunday the special was a meatball sub and none were left. The young lady suggested the “pizza sub”. I looked it up on line and mentioned it had pepperoni, salami, mozzarella cheese and veggies of choice.
I didn’t watch her put the sandwiches together, my bad I would’ve caught it. I go to check out and the Italian bread looked very flat when preparing it to go. I thought it was flat bread! I get home and my husband and I looked at these subs and couldn’t believe what we saw. Yup pepperoni maybe one slice of cheese on each sub. No salami as mentioned on the official subway site. We were appalled!!!first time ever in so many years of eating at subway did we experience this. I called right away and spoke to someone about the issue. She assured me the supervisor would call me. Nope no call. I’m a person of principle so I went back to find the supervisor.
She told me they have cameras and everything looked the way it should’ve been done.

She told me there were 4 pieces out on each sub and they probably melted into the sandwich. Very interesting. Our one slice of cheese was not melted. We looked at it carefully trying to find the other slices with no signs of melted cheese.
I was insulted and ripped off. This young girl, who looked like a high school student was the supervisor with no idea about customer complaints or customer service.
She didn’t offer anything but gave a good day!!!! I told her she list a customer. But really do you actually think she cared!
BAD BAD BAD!!!! This one is located in the Walmart I suggest going to the one in the Ross mall right next door. I think you’ll be much happier with a good sub and good customer service.

8+ for a half a sandwich , really won’t be back! Cross the parking lot could have a A burger, onion rings and a drink for under $10 Get real at what point do you guys have to say enough is enough

What part of SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS do these employees Not understand. Sauces on the side, do not put any dressings on the sandwiches …went to pick them up, and of course they couldn’t follow instructions. It took three times to get it correct, and I am sure they recycled all the ingredients. They have a good product if their employees could follow directions.

One guy there, Mathew, is great but EVERYTHING ELSE is pretty much a joke. If you purchase a regular sandwich of anykind you will not be able to taste meat, because there is so little; you have to add extra at extra cost to mkae it a real sandwich.
