Great little find. Decore is awesome!! Food it off the charts. They do ribs on Monday!! They are a must have!! Our daughter had a smash burger and it was perfect too. We don’t live in Green Valley but drive through all the time. We will be regulars now!! If you in this area this place is a MUST!!

Being regulars of this establishment, I have never met more genuine owners trying to please and make a great BBQ place for the community. While this takes time and business, there will always be staff inconsistency and food mishaps as that is all restaurants unspoken standards. I have been there busy and I have been there slow, and frankly it's usually consistent. There are times we have some BBQ mishaps, but they always make it right. The ranch is fire and I eat it on everything. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind with no riff raff and people are always friendly. Service was super slow, food took forever to get and wasn’t good when it came. Fry’s were decent, decent beer selection if a bar tender will actually serve you. Over priced for bar food with crappy TVs, poor service.

Great experience every time, my favorite place to take my time to enjoy my meal and my company. I have never felt rushed. So Good service and fun personalities. The main thing it's an inviting kick back atmosphere,
It is a sports bar and grill and it's specialty is the BBQ meats and the BBQ sauces that are made there and compliments the slow cooked meats. And other foods offered on the menu also.. I'm very picky and pleased.
Oh you gotta check out the counter top (bar top).

Ok, so I've been waiting to try this place out and finally did. I'm gonna be honest, I think the owner's responses to the reviews on here is more or less what drew me in...lol. It's not everyday that you run across someone that could give Wendy's a run for their money in the way of internet comebacks ?.
Anyway, onto the food...I had the burger, which was pretty good. I will note that it wasn't dripping with grease...huge plus in my book, especially as I had my two year old child in my lap and didn't think he needed a grease shower. My other child had the chicken tenders. She said "meh"....but don't let that discourage you...she's very picky and you might want to say a bit of a chicken tender snob. I thought they were decent. I think the winner of tonight's meal was the ranch dressing. That's the real MVP y'all!.
Service was good. Our waitress was friendly and as attentive as she could be given that she seemed like she was helping a lot of people. Sorry, I didn't get her name, but she had very curly hair in a ponytail. Give that girl a raise! The place didn't seem too busy, but you could definitely tell who was hustling and who was barely lifting a finger. Girl wearing a gray shirt, with blonde-ish hair and long, red fingernails....never smiled, not once, and I don't recall her ever visiting a table or lifting a finger to do anything really. Everyone else was working...idk what she was doing. Practicing her best Grumpy Cat impersonation? Maybe she was just having a bad day...idk.
I'll probably be back with more people...?

I moved to Green Valley in December 2023 and the first time I visited The Garage I knew I would enjoy it. The owners are super involved, the staff is great, and the food is enjoyable. I love the atmosphere, it's my go to bar especially during football season.

The Garage A Sports Bar-BBQ - If you live in Green Valley/Sahuarita and want a fun place to have drinks, good food and doesn't close at 8pm, come on out. So much fun. Staff are great and Edgar the cook is amazing. It used to be the old coaches. New owners MichaelandStephanie Firchow have taken over and it is now the place to be. Come and check out the new and improved bar.

We wanted to try the new sports bar in town. Having a background in sports bar management I was in hopes the new name & ownership would bring a step up. Disapointed, we left falling short. We were told the Philly Steak sandwich is not made with steak but made with roast beef. Wouldn't that be a roast beef sandwich? We decided to stay and order. They got our beers right. Our appetizer never came out. A salad was ordered minus the ham & turkey but top with roast beef. The roast beef was sandwich meat. The salad was also missing the tomatoes. The tool box on the table holding the condiments (germ collectors) was filled with crums and needed a good bath. The seat back on the booth was broken, when the guest behind me sat down, it caused the back to slam against my spine. You probably should fix that. The floor, tables & seats also need a good bath. Maybe run the bar through the car wash ? It has a true dirty garage feeling. So if the atmosphere is trying to match the name, it's a winner. The staff is friendly and I think with the right management team it would potential.
